STAFF ARE UNFRIENDLY...

If you go to the home Depot on airline highway close to Tom drive look for Miss Ray she is a little bundle of sunshine and very very helpful and very customer oriented I feel home Depot needs to have more employees like her because she goes out of her way to help you

Clinton was extraordinarily helpful and knowledgeable! Each staff member takes customer service seriously at this location!

I was looking for a battery powered self-propelled lawn mower and an employee that wasn't assigned to that particular area went out of her way to help me. even when she was off the clock.

I don't work for Home Depot, and I refuse to function as a cashier in their store. I only gave one star because zero stars is not an option.

Asked for help in self-checkout and you would have thought I asked for the world.

I was worried about picking up a large sheet of plywood. G'kar Jackson helped me find it, transport it through checkout, and load it in my car. I was so relieved and grateful!

This is the Best Home Depot that I have been to. I have gone to several Home Depot’s from Metairie to Baton Rouge. I did not have to wait 30 min. For help. Great job guys. Keep up the good work.

Customer service was awesome!

Horrible experience. Waited an hour to be told that no one in the store could open the propane tank case. Was so upset, I forgot my empty tanks and when I went back 15 min. later, they didn’t want to give empty tanks back.

The store has a good location for citizens in the northern portion of the city and the employees have always been helpful. The store is usually well stocked with any items I have needed for my home projects.

I shopped the Home Depot store in Chandler AZ, not Baton Rouge! Get your survey corrected!

The young lady greeted me and she also showed me where to go and offered and suggested a product that was reasonable then what I had chosen

I ordered, online, two in stock items at 9am and went to pick them up at 12:30pm. Order was not ready. Item was showing only one in stock on her computer. Customer service person looked at my order and called for assistance. Person that came up said he saw the order but could only find one of the two items, so he didn't pull any. Could one of the items have been sold from the time my order was placed to the time the customer service rep went to pull the order? Sure. Could they have put one item in the order and then contacted me? Sure. I asked the customer service person, when my order could not be processed as I ordered, why was no one contacted? The customer service person said that they are supposed to.

Home depot is a store that you can get lost in as a DIY person. There is so much that you can imagine doing and everything that you will need to do it. The associates are knowledgeable of where things are and they can give you some idea of what would work best. It is like going into a carpenter's workshop and asking him for advice and tools. It's a DIY person dream store!

The store was clean and the workers were friendly. There was a worker who greeted me upon my entering the store. The worker was helpful in finding what I was looking for; also the worker was able to answer my questions about out-of-season items.

Horrible experience. Worst home depot out there. Never shopping here again.

Long curbside waits... no updates on orders... damaged products... unfriendly staff. This store needs an immediate and complete organizational overhaul. It’s unorganized and the staff could care less about helping you with your orders. I was forced to give a 1 star rating.
