The location is easy to get in & out on my lunch hour!

This store is remarkable. The employees take the time to tell you which ailes to find the items, and also walk with you to obtain the items you can not locate. The store is very busy , but you feel great by getting personal attention from everyone including Tony, the store manager.

you may have a problem if handicap shopping carts are not near the door in getting an employee to get you one.

I received superior customer service at this HD location. Clint in car rental and Matt in blinds were both especially helpful. Even though this store is a bit out of the way, I'll probably return because of the positive atmosphere.

The flooring department person was at his station and very helpful with everything I needed for my project. The cashier was courteous and told me about some discounts that were available. The young man who helped load my order was very pleasent.

Employees go out there way to help you with whatever needs you have!

The customer service of this store was exceptional. I strongly recommend this store for all of your home service needs.

Have to say this store has come a long way since my 1st visit in 2016 when I moved to Baton Rouge. Staff are more engaged and openly to help when they sense customer confusion.

This store is geared more towards contractors so the materails are more readily avavailab.

My at home project went very well Thanks again to the Asian Fellow in the plumbing Isle working On Sunday evening. I shook His hand before I left the store because He gave Me so much confidence & insight in the job he helped me find parts for. Again, I thank Him. He was very kind & helpful. He took His time to explain the system to Me!

This store is conveniently located near my home, I love the layout of the store, items easy to locate, shelves always well stocked and organized, staff very knowledgeable about the products that the store carries, cashiers are very friendly and always ready to help out.

poor service, dirty and cluttered. hardly any stock on shelves and employees acted like you were bothering them when asked a question. stay away from this store if possible

Even though I arrived about two minutes before closing, I was still able to come in and Shop and checkout quickly. Very much appreciated on a Sunday night!

Employees misdirect you to opposite ends of store even looking at the HD APP on their cells. If you can find someone who is interested in helping you rather than talking with their friends it will probably be at self check out or Tania. If you can find someone they simply tell you they don't have the product, but don't do to the shelf and look or look at the backup stock. Sharp contrast to Lowe's where they said wait let us check stock, we are sorry it will take a few minutes to get it down for you is that OK ? Horrible careless service at this HD. Never going back and cancelling my HD card

I had an idea...Home Depot had just what I needed to make it happen!

My Experience was Awesome the floor person was very informative and the cashiers are super friendly and very knowledge of the great discount and promotions for the store.

This store is busy so they are out of items sometimes. On average messy customers come to this store (many don't care to put stuff back in the right spot). I gave it four stars because on average the employees are helpful.

Every employee I came into contact with were very nice and helpful.
