I can't say enough about what a great shopping experience I had at this Home Depot store location. Everything was in stock and was high quality. The employees were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely shop at this location again.

Curbside pickup at this store is poor. I have made the mistake of choosing curbside pickup twice at this store and each time I had to go inside to notify someone I was waiting. I checked in on the app in each situation and waited 15 - 20 minutes before taking action. On a more positive note, I have never been disappointed with in store shopping.

Christa at the Pro Desk is very professional. Darrell is the man! Bridget and Chanell are awesome. They have an awesome team there!

Its been a while since I have shopped at the Home Depot. Unless for recommendations from another party, I most likely will not shop there anytime soon.

Went in to buy a zero turn. Waited too long for a representative to come assist me. Finally found assistance after 15 minutes of waiting. Made my purchase and waited another 20 minutes for the manager to unlock the machine I purchased. Mediocre and abhorrent to say the least.

I bought the washer dryer combo thanks to an employee name Maddie who actually showed she cares. Other times I came to the store employees made me feel like I’m bothering them.

Each time I went I needed assistance and the employees were there to assist and made sure I got what I was looking for GREAT HOSPITALITY

All the employees at this store are the friendliest and so helpful and some of the busiest people I have seen at there stores !

I was shopping for hardware from the drawers. I could not find everything I was looking for. Either it was out of stock or empty packages from theft. I had to go to another store (not Home Depot) to complete my purchase.

I had a wonderful experience with Maddi in the Appliance department. I'm not sure if that was her section or not, but she was very helpful and Patient

Like I said earlier as soon as I hit the door the employees in the return section or acknowledging good morning good evening. The stores neatly clean and organized everything is where you can find it and we'll labeled I feel very comfortable when I come into this particular location the employees acknowledge you and ask if they can give your hand looking for whatever it is you're looking for that is a plus these days.

Someone was paged to help me and hardware after 20 minutes nobody still showed up

I believe better inventory management could’ve prevented our leaving one store with a dearth of needed products, only to arrive at another Home Depot store with even less of that category for which we had sought out another Home Depot!!

I shop at this location today and received wonderful customer service from the four young people I encountered today. I will definitely be returning to this Home Depot location.

Employees hide from the customer

I went for a shopping and it had lots of appliances and furniture, I like these new models and the service was wonderful. I'd like to go again for my next shopping.

I live in Georgia and travel extensively for work. I have shopped Home Depot everywhere and this store was the best experience in 30 plus years.

lack of personel, less and less choice of merchandise, very poor quality of lumber

Carmen was exceptionally helpful in flooring today. She went above and beyond what was called for.
