Worst experience ever!

Did not have a lot of employees in the store. Did not have enough registers open to check out.

I ordered carpet for installation from this store. The order was placed wrong by the person who placed it. She ordered the wrong brand and color. This was after 45 minutes of trying to place the order on the store's computer, it took so long because she didn't know how to do what she needed to do on the computer. I noticed the error on the paperwork when I got home and called to ask them to change it to the correct product. Whoever answered the phone in the carpet department had no idea how to make the correction and said she would call me back. She never did. I've had three follow up calls and the order is stil wrong. The store employees in the carpet department are the most poorly trained ever. It is next to impossible to get anyone to answer the phone at this store. It takes multiple calls to even get to a human being - and then they can't help you because they don't know how. The only thing they have been competent at is charging my credit card for the purchase. The wrong purchase. Never, ever, ever, ever, ever try to place a special order with this store or this company.

They'll give you returned/used item with missing parts, if you order online for them to pick it out for you

Associates were very friendly and eager to help Store was clean and organized.

I contacted the Pro Desk about a roofing system and they immediately knew what to do! I had actually forgotten an item related to the roofing system. The Home Depot Associate inquired and we immediately added the product. I had planned to send two workers to pick up all the materials. The Home Depot Associate was there again with the suggestion to deliver materials to my project location. Great idea!!! This saved time and additional labor costs. I am so glad that I contacted this store first. The Home Depot Associates were very attentive and exemplified positive attitudes. I truly had a great shopping experience.

Please continue to improve customer service, training on effective communication with customers coworkers, product knowledge.

Mr Fred in the appliances dept,, Ms Lajuana at the Pro Desk and one of the managers Rickey are you go-tos when visiting this store. The level of customer service they provide is top notch. They are very knowledgeable and eager to help and assist you. I recently visited this store and it's very rare to have a store clerk be so patient with you, let alone even acknowledge that your are there and in need of assistance. I would recommend this store to anyone who's looking for home products and goods.

Worker don’t want to work. Walk around looking busy but just hiding out. Keep hiring lazy people. Y’all will be close y’all doors like other stores for stilling and not making money. It’s bad when you ask for help when you get there and she want stop for 10 minutes to cut the rug. And you have to get a manager after one hour later to call her to come help me. I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted all she had to do is put it on the cutter did the rest.

I go to this home depot at least 4 to 5 times a week, I have remodeled my house just from this store.. I purchased a stove and hot water heater that was stolen the next day. The staff at store was very sorry for my experience.

If you like the home depot as much as I do, shop Coursey r Highland Road stores. The Airline store does not have enough help, the new check out registers r self check out. Slow, even if you have cash there is only one person to attend to u. Don't be n a rush cause it want do any good.

I’m here 3 times out the week. I always have a very pleasant shopping experience here. The staff is awesome but getting ahold of them can be difficult sometimes but it worth it !!!

The Airline Hwy. store was very neat, and stocked with the items I shopped for...albeit, a couple of the items were listed on the website as being located on nonexistent bays (aisle 1, bay 24 didn't exist). A friendly sales associate noticed me wandering around looking for something and helped me locate it (pull chain light socket)...but it wasn't where it was supposed to be, so if you can't find it, and the website says it's supposed to be someplace it isn't ...just ask.

The store refused to sell an item that was on the shelf. Supposedly, they were discontinuing the item but failed to remove it. I dont understand why it couldn't be sold at the price listed.

I was coming from a bad experience from another store and was blown away by the help I received.
