I work on the road doing industrial construction.we work 11 hour days and the last thing I wanted to do,was buy tools I needed.fortunately,i was able to place an online order at lunch and received an email after about an hour and a half but wasn't able to pick them until after work.thankfully,it only took a few minutes to run in and pick up my order.im not one that likes to shop,so that made it a lil easier.

I went in looking for trees and shrubs and considering that we are in the dead of winter the selection was quiet good.

I COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR TWO NICER ASSOCIATES AT THIS LOCATION. EACH WERE ABLE TO DIRECT ME TO THE EXACT LOCATION OF THE TWO ITEMS I NEEDED. LASTLY, I WAS IN A MAJOR HURRY AND WITHOUT THEIR EXPERTISE IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN ME QUITE A BIT LONGER TO FIND MY ITEMS. MUCH THANKS AND APPRECIATION!! JOB WELL DONE, HOME DEPOT!! :)

Best place to shop for a new home, fixer upper, or remodeling. This is where I would go to be completely satisfied and excited about whatever the task is you're trying to accomplish, trust us, the home depot, North Baton Rouge,LA location.

Got into the story fast and easy Items clearly marked and had items in stock

I always enjoy going to Home Depot, friendly, willing to help, associates, everything I need for my wife home improvement projects are right there. Sometime we just walk around the store and get ideals. She calls it window shopping!!!

It's ok here may need a few more employees that are more accessible to customers

This Store had the lowest price on the item I was looking for.

I went to the store for one specific item and went to the department of concern, the associate knew what I was asking for and brought me the exact point and handed it to me. Now that is good ole time service.

Home Depot stores are always clean, well it, and have the prices of the merchandise conspicuously displayed and personnel are friendly and helpful.

I visit home depot several time through out the year. always had success.

I had a wonderful cashier who assisted me at this location. If you go there and see the cashier Kristian she is always friendly and helpful.

My visit to make multiple purchases were great. The sales person was very helpful in his department and directed me to the salesperson in the other department. Both men were very informative, knowledgeable, pleasant, friendly, and really wanted to assist.

Always able to find everything i need whenever i go to the store. If, I'm having any difficulties finding something one of your Sales Associates assists me.

I have shopped at this Home Depot on many occasions. Today I was in search of winter vegetables and bedding plants. The herbs and greens were displayed right near the entrance. Compared to the stock in some of your other locations, the plants were in excellent shape, having been watered and cared for. I found what I needed in no time at all. The prices were all competitive with other nurseries in the area. Miss Beverly was very helpful and made sure my plants were bagged and handled with care. Thank you

I had to wait at least 15 minutes for an associate to get off the phone to wait on me. I was in the store to make a purchase. Not shop. Not ask questions. Then I had to find a cart myself to get a refrigerator out of the store. There were none in the door. Finally I located one in lawn and garden. I had to go to self-service check-out because there was not a single register open. This was at 3 o'clock on a Friday. The clerk had to come assist us because I have a military discount and I had a store credit. I wasn't allowed to use my military discount, and the associate didn't know how to apply the store credit. Rather than ask for help and complete our sale, she walked away and waited on a customer who was behind us in line. What, am I invisible? I was in front of the other customer in line and nothing was being done to help me. Why should I be ignored. She had a coupon that she couldn't figure out to use (and was forced to go to self-Checkout because no registers were open). Very poor service at a the counter. I finally had to get a supervisor to finish my sale, then was through loading my refrigerator before someone sauntered out to ask if I needed help loading. When I asked for the store manager, the cashier didn't even know his name. Really?

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. They only had one item not available and we ordered it online to be sent to our home..

My last trip I was harassed by the return clerk about a $176.00 purchase, this time it went as smooth as the other 800 plus trips I had before she lost her mind!!

I WAS LOOKING TO PURCHASE A COMPACT FREEZER TO USE AT HOME AND HAD SEARCHED SEVERAL WEBSITES, CALLED A LOCAL APPLIANCE DEALER, SHOPPED AT SAM'S, AND READ MANY REVIEWS BEFORE WALKING INTO HOME DEPOT ON A RAINY SATURDAY AFTERNOON. I HAD NOT FOUND ANYTHING FAVORABLE DURING MY ONLINE OR INSTORE SEARCHES SO FAR AND WAS IN HOME DEPOT ON AN UNRELATED PURCHASE. ON A WHIM, I WALKED INTO THE APPLIANCE DEPARTMENT AND FOUND EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED AT THE PRICE I WANTED TO PAY. I SELECTED A GE 5-CUFT FREEZER, BROUGHT IT HOME, PLUGGED IT UP, AND BEGAN USING IT WITHIN THREE HOURS. TO SAY THAT I WAS DELIGHTED WITH MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT.

Perfect place for supplies of all your home improvement needs

I went to this particular Home Depot because the website showed that they had the product I was looking for on display. There was no problem with picking up the merchandise, and checking out. However, I ran into a problem loading the grill into my SUV. It was a close fit, and we had to remove the lid to fit it into the car. The person helping to load this item said that he would go into the store and bring back a screwdriver so that we can remove the lid. After 15 minutes, I borrowed a screwdriver and pliers from another customer in the parking lot. Subsequently, the loading person came back with a screwdriver, but I had already removed the lid, and put the grill and to my vehicle. Additionally, when he was trying to load the grill into my SUV, he scratched the back bumper.

One of the items I was looking wasn't displayed in it's spot, but there were some in boxes on the shelf
