A lot of products are made in Communist China.

The customer service in the store is definitely lacking, items are not available, and trying to get assistance is pointless. They rather pass it off to someone else rather than actually look for the item that their systems are showing they have. Or even better, send you to another store.

They are the rudest bunch of people in the paint dept in the morning . So wait till they get there coffee or you will be treated Like you are some kind of trash

Liz in the flooring department made our first time flooring project a super easy experience! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I bought artificial turf and I am very satisfied with the quality of the product.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to give a shout-out to Penny at this location for truly awesome customer service. She was mindful of our shopping needs of a fridge and dishwasher, provided much needed information about the products’ features and current/future store deals, and sharing mindful tips when the items ship to our home. This shopping experience honestly felt like a friend who works at Home Depot helping us make our big purchase feel at ease thank you Penny. Thanks so much again!

The flooring experience I had with HD was and still is horrific. They stated there was no additional charge for in stock carpet. I purchased that and there was still a charge. I'm still waiting on the carpet but it had to be ordered-I thought it was in stock. The flooring installers are horrible. They do not answer their phone and you cant leave a message in their voice mail as the box does not accept messages. I would highly recommend not using HD for flooring as they have much work to do.

I bought well over $700.00 in products and they had it easy to get in and out. Clean store

When I first walked in I was amazed how clean and nice the employees were they greeted me and asked if need help looking for what I needed.I am currently working on my landscaping project myself on my backyard and winning the sweepstakes would help me out so much ! Thank you home Depot!

I do not go to this store. I go to the store on 19th street in Upland. It is only 2 miles from my house in Alta Loma 91701 Associates always friendly and helpful

After returning from a great vacation to a broken water heater. I happened to reach Manager Lola and she made things happened so that I got a new water heater installed the same day.

store manager is great so is the asst.

Went to the store to return some items. I saw some folks waiting in line so I figured thats where the line stars. After waiting for some time, i noticed there was only one register open. but there was eight employees behind the service desk, laughing and joking doing handshakes. I would have thought they may noticed theres a line of customers waiting and open another register, but nope. Instead eight employees were having fun joking around. Until i got to the desk, the one employee that was working told me, I was in the wrong line. so after waiting after people in the same line, i had to walk to the right corn of the desk and WAIT AGAIN. Horrible service.

Customer service would not price match an identical item. Their policy online states they do honor price matching based on a brick and mortar phone add. They told me to go to another home depot if wanted to get a price match. How rude.
