I purchased Whirlpool appliances and had issues with every piece. My issue now is the installation of the dishwasher, it was improperly installed and none of the repairmen would fix it because they didn't install it. Went back to Home Depot to see if they would correct thier work and was given the run around. I was told by the installers that this is normal.

Usually I like to go to Home Depot a couple of hours before closing because it is not as crowded and so much easier to get around. The downside is there are not as many employees to help you if you need it. Also at times when you find one it seems to me like they are mostly tired, burnt out and just want to go home. Last night I ran into the nicest person l've meet in a long time. Adonis was so helpful and went above and beyond all my expectations. He was extremely knowledgeable and instead of telling me what I wanted was in some isle and there should be someone to help me, he walked there with me and helped me find everything I needed. So if you need excellent customer service look for Adonis.

Great cashiers and unfortunately I noticed self check out computers kept freezing or glitching and holding up the line. Thankfully my cashier was quick ,prompt and knowledgeable.

This store is not the closest to me, but I choose to shop at Panorama City because they always have more inventory of specific items and the store seems more spacious, compared to other near by stores. Staff is always there to assist.

I was greated and asked what department I was looking for by a friendly employee as soon as I walked in. The gentleman in the gardening department was extra nice and helpful. When I got to the paint department I asked for a specific paint. The other gentleman in the paint department knew what are where is was located. He asked if I would like to have it shaken up and did it with a smile. It was busy and there was a line, but it was moving quickly. The cashier checked me out and thanked me for shopping at Home Depot. I wrote this review to thank all the amazing Latino employees for their hard work at Home Depot. I appreciate them. I want 7/25/25 to store Panoram city and i want buy the coset door mirror and the sore Mgr. each i spoking she say same one will call you tomorrow get the order from you and i expend its only 2;30 after non nobody in this store help me ?? and the Ander day same one call me abut this order o reedy i order from anther store o Slauson very nice people i department door Thank you

I go to this store whenever I need something and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Girl short brownish hair so rude every time I go there the employee s hide so they don’t help awful and don’t smile

I had an uncomfortable and annoying shopping experience from employees not responding to my request and asking for assistance to purchase a $139 drill. It's ridiculous that it took 30 min for anyone to finally come over and assist me to purchase the drill has the worst experience never returning to this home Depot again

Large store: Great selection, fast and efficient purchase processing. Competent staff.

Order pick up was ready, drive there , items not available. Why send an email that it was ready when the items were not available? It was almost an hour drive and a waste of my time.

The help at lines are not there

I bought some christmas lights online to be delivered. Whoever packed my order pulled the wrong items. Had to go back to another location to get the correct items. Employees need to be more careful when pulling online orders. So much for placing a online order to be convenient when you end up having to go back to the store.

The Home Depot store is well kept, clean, and orderly. I would frequent this store more often if it wasn’t for the parking lot. At any given time, all times of day, there are at least 30-40 men in the lot. I realize these men are looking for work, but it is harrowing driving, trying not to make eye contact, looking for a parking spot. Sometimes there will be a man passed out drunk. Every time I am Approached and asked if I want my car cleaned or if I can spare change—it is a very menacing feeling. I wish there was a separate lot for men to wait if they want work, because even in the light of daytime it feels very menacing to me.

I bought bathroom and plumbing items.

Love shopping for my home repairs at Home Depot. Easy to ask for support and information, easy to return items. Highly recommended for the good service they provide to the surrounding communities. Thank you!

Half of the employees are just talking and laughing, saying they don’t work in a particular department. I left the store without the product I was looking for

I went to this store and asked a couple of employees about some foaming to seal a window and the first girl send me to the wrong isle and the second guy had no idea and said he was going to his break. And the cashier was not polite and looked so miserable. I think they all new a lot more training, specially in customer service skills and to be more helpful!

Terrible experience. Bought a door part for 231 and the next day I get call saying by the way the door manufacturer is asking for 150.00 shipping. Crazy

I bought deck paint, painted, and now my deck and railings look great!

Jackie and Mercy were very helpful. I couldn’t fit everything in my car so I came back two days later and they remembered me.

I've shopped here 100's of times since the store opened and never had a problem. Staff is well-trained and helpful. Store shelves are clean and well-stocked. Website makes it easy to locate things: aisle number, bin number, etc. Returns are easy with no unnecessary challenges. It ain't rocket science - it's home improvement.

As a customer at this location, you come 2nd! Don’t interrupt the employees grouped together because they are hanging out and deep in conversation. They don’t think they are there to help you, they just want to have a good time

It’s always nice to shop at Home Depot. The service I get there is always welcoming from the employees and they make you feel like you’re being taken care of which is always very important.
