The store in Panorama is my Go-to and I always leave satisfied. I am a regular there and have purchased many tools, supplies, and even a fridge from here. I always find all tools and products in stock and the associates are quite knowledgeable and friendly. I am exceedingly glad to have been helped by Byron in the Paint Department. Should you need help with paint and related products, ask for associate Byron. He was very knowledgeable, provided great customer service, was very polite and patient. Byron should be promoted. In all, the store is great and I have never had any issues. Thank You.

I Worked with Ashley in Customer Service at the Van Nuys Home Depot Store. She's among the best Home Depot Customer Service Agents I've ever met. I knew I had "Perks" after spending tens of thousands lately at Home Depot. She researched Perks and helped me upload the Home Depot App to access them. She helped me open my email where a Verification Code was sent. She figured out to maximize the 9 Perks available. As a senior citizen, I had no idea how to do any of the tech needed. She was patient, kind and professional. Incredible Lady!

I love this store because it’s always clean and neat . This store has always stuff on stock. Staff are super nice and sweet.

LOVE the paint department here! So much better than Roscoe. Super nice, very friendly, really patient... will def be buying paint from here, now. However, still some rude employees, so take them with a grain of salt. It's not a crime to be in a "line" with markers on the floor saying 6' apart. Some gal acted like it was, and sent us to the back of another line, as well as a guy who had been standing there before anyone else was. She needs to work in a place without other people, as far as I'm concerned. Would've given a 2 just for that, but most everyone else was so great, I had to go with 4 stars!

STORE WAS CLEAN AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL

Absolutely refuse to come to the store unless there is no other options available. I truly prefer to travel miles away then to come to the store. Many times I come here and there is no customer service at all. No initiative on behalf of the employees to help the customers were clearly walking up and down the aisle looking for product. When you do get an employee they give you general information instead of again taking the initiative to walk you and provide the product.

There's always an employee available to help me on my purchase. Their attitude it's amazing. Polite and a lot of knowledge on where items are..(very important). I have to travel 18 miles to purchase at the Panorama City location. IT'S WORTH THE TRIP! Good job guys!

Those surveys on your receipts are actually read! They were out of stock for a long time on something I needed so I filled out the survey requesting it, and when I came back the shelves were full! Coincidence? You be the judge, but I'm certain that my survey request is what did it!

I bought a metal chain and I measured exactly how much I need to buy and no extra inches what so ever, when I get into the cashier to pay I took it out the photo for the barcode of the item I brought to make it easier and save time for the cashier and I. I told to the cashier the chain is 10ft long and she's like NO its 10ft and 4"! I'm like No its only 10ft because I measured my self cashier said oh I'm 5'7" and this is 10'ft and 4", she basically eyeballing the size base on her height. WTHeck!

This store has a great selection and the employees are fantastic. Walter in the garden center was especially helpful. Definitely my go to Home Depot in the LA area
