Everyone I ran into was very friendly and helpful. I had to leave my purchase at customer service so I could go home to get my car, and when I returned they had put my item where it would be safe and they checked my receipt before letting me leave with it .

I would like to commend Val Echeveria (the Filipino guy) for a job well done. Yesterday while shopping around for a fridge, he approach me and acknowledge as customer that needs help, while he was also busy operating a forklift. Waited for him to settle and from there he was very helpful checking for fridge availability and estimated delivery date. he has shown enthusiasm for his work and has taken his responsibilities above par. Motivated employee like him are the pride and a great assets of the Home Depot Vannuys. I also would like to commend "Casse" from the customer service department she was very helpful and attentive to customer making my experience shopping in Home Depot wonderful. Thank you!

Arturo and Mark went above and beyond in the Building Department to help me. With their knowledge of materials and by asking what project I was trying to accomplish. I had the wrong materials in my cart and they found the correct materials for me, the right size and helped me cut it to the exact measurements. Thank you so much!! These two guys deserve a raise!!

Spring appears to be very early this year, and the garden center may not have everything you need. Unfortunately, on our last visit, the bare root strawberry plants we purchased had active fungus, which may apply to the entire display carton. Expect shortages in some departments.

This is one Home Depot where the employees are incredibly helpful and caring. I'm so fortunate to have this one as my local store. Karisma in flooring special ordered me some of my flooring that was closed out five years ago which I needed due to some recent water damage. Amazing.

Abigail showed me excellent customer service. There was an issue with me returning an item I purchased, but Abigail made sure to go the extra mile and take care of me. It was seamless and she had a great attitude the whole time. All I had to do was wait patiently (it didn't take long at all) and she did all the work. Thanks Abigail!

The cashier at the customer service at the return desk was rude and the assistant manager, Davion Williams, was not willing to help when I told him my experience with this cashier. It appears the customer satisfaction is not important to him.

Carlos for Millworks goes above and beyond to help a customer, I was there on Saturday and then I returned on Monday and I purchased a screen door, he was very helpful he spent quality time with me on Saturday even though I did not make a purchase that day.

If you need Appliance's especially hard to fit ....go see Richie Trujillo ...he is the best !!! He knows his stuff and if he doesn't he will go the extra mile to get you answers

Service is 100% dependent on the employees who are employed at any given location. This one has an excellent track record at hiring the right people.
