I like the knowledge and courtesy of the employees at this site. I also like how resourceful the staff is at this store.

Store was clean , products wore in stock that I was looking for , associates wore helpful when I asked for help.

CORINA, in the paint department is my go-to person. She in knowledgeable, patient and was able to FIX my paint issue.

STORE WAS CLEAN AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL

Absolutely refuse to come to the store unless there is no other options available. I truly prefer to travel miles away then to come to the store. Many times I come here and there is no customer service at all. No initiative on behalf of the employees to help the customers were clearly walking up and down the aisle looking for product. When you do get an employee they give you general information instead of again taking the initiative to walk you and provide the product.

The service at this store is great

There's always an employee available to help me on my purchase. Their attitude it's amazing. Polite and a lot of knowledge on where items are..(very important). I have to travel 18 miles to purchase at the Panorama City location. IT'S WORTH THE TRIP! Good job guys!

Those surveys on your receipts are actually read! They were out of stock for a long time on something I needed so I filled out the survey requesting it, and when I came back the shelves were full! Coincidence? You be the judge, but I'm certain that my survey request is what did it!

I bought a metal chain and I measured exactly how much I need to buy and no extra inches what so ever, when I get into the cashier to pay I took it out the photo for the barcode of the item I brought to make it easier and save time for the cashier and I. I told to the cashier the chain is 10ft long and she's like NO its 10ft and 4"! I'm like No its only 10ft because I measured my self cashier said oh I'm 5'7" and this is 10'ft and 4", she basically eyeballing the size base on her height. WTHeck!

This store has a great selection and the employees are fantastic. Walter in the garden center was especially helpful. Definitely my go to Home Depot in the LA area

We found what we were looking for easily. And the plants were in terrific condition. We received the assistance we needed . The store was and always is clean and the associates were friendly and very helpful!!!

While in the Lumber Dept. I asked the associate if he knew where FANS were located his reply row 15. I was in row 30 I went row 15 and sure enough the Fans were there. Staff know their store.

Great store, but they no longer carry the cleaning supplies that I need, instead of household cleaners they've stuffed the shelves with every sanitizer under the sun, not particularly helpful when you've got things to clean! Fantastic, 409, Zep tile and tub cleaner, the list goes on and on of things not available, but if you're interested in sanitizing your hands, then this is the store for you!

Sale associates and cashiers were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store.

Great Store Great Help..Read what I wrote in my sweep stakes entry. Great Helpers Like James in outdoor equipment including Pest control ect. Darren in Outdoor Garden Patti Outdoor garden cashier. They treated me as a guest. Super Helpful and caring. Thats why I use this store in California Thank you for helping to keep us safe.

I like this particular store mainly because it’s close to Sherman Oaks and I frequent it so much I know the floor plan like the back of my hand. Some of the Home Depot’s are so scattered it takes you twice as much time to get what you need, but not this location, it’s easy in and out! They do have a slight problem with the employees just abandoning their ladders wherever they happen to be, but they don’t seem to mind too much if you push them out of your way. Five out of five stars!

Benny from Plumbing Department should be recognized as an Employee of the Year!!!! He did an EXCELLENT JOB as a courtesy for a customer like me,a single mother with inspite that it wasn't his Department... AWESOME Customer Service !!! I'm VERY satisfied with his service!!!

This is my neighborhood Home Depot and I like shopping here. Employees are usually very nice and helpful. This store tends to be clean, well-stocked and the bathroom is clean. I wish they did a better job of replenishing their display shelves and organizing their smaller items a little better (I was looking for their flower box brackets and I looked for a long time because they displayed it on a shelf that was too high while placing it on the empty shelf below would've been much better for easy visibility), but other than that, I like my neighborhood HD and come here often.

This particular has good Professional people . Helpful and giving service with a smile. Milton is one guy that will help you and drop what he is doing . He has helped me and even said Hello to me when he sees me in the store. I have many little projects and Home Depot has become my mall during this Pandemic time. Cashiers are fast and friendly and more help in aisles now and I like it that the employees names are visible as they work hard and I like to thank them by saying their names. Good hard working employees now. This Home Depot has improved in so many ways.

Staff was professional and very friendly, helpful and kind, and there was a feeling of trust and real caring. Found products easily and staff was forthcoming with advice about directions, products, and prices.
