I came in for some plywood that had to be cut into shelves. Felix in the lumber department was super, super helpful, and quickly picked out and cut all my shelves. It was a great experience, and I was in and out in 10 minutes. I'll be back for sure.

Customer service girl very rude when I made my return. Wouldn't explain how to refund a warranty or return policy. I ordered the product online to avoid any hassle which online is great. The company needs to have secret shoppers to evaluate workers attitudes.

Robert will go above and beyond to make sure your every need is fulfilled. He is the ideal employee and he's an absolute gem to work with! you will leave with a smile on your face and you will leave with a smile on your face and warmth in your heart! I've never had such an amazing customer service in my life. I came in with a I came in with a very odd request and he made sure that I left completely satisfied. My 36 lb full silicone mermaid tail is perfectly packaged in a custom-made box that Robert hand made and packaged himself. I can say with I can say with confidence that she will make it where she needs to go and it is all thanks to him! She is $1,300 worth of custom material, and I can say with confidence that she is safe because of Robert!

The Panorama City Home Depot is an excellent store. The stock is large and they have a great variety of items. The staff can be very helpful and friendly. While I am not a professional builder, I do many home projects and always go to this location. It is the store that professional builders have referred me to.

6/26/2017 Visited the 7870 Van Nuys Blvd #6644 Panorama City Home Depot store to purchase some plywood and materials for use in mounting and installing a window air conditioning unit. I received exceptional assistance, customer service and helpful information from several of the store's employees during my visit. It helped me to make an informed decision about what products to purchase and how best to make efficient use of them for my project. And the employees were all professional and friendly. I was able to complete my project the very same day. Thanks Home Depot!

The store is always organized and it was easy to find what you need.

Every isle you walked in, had at-least one staff offering to help you. Cashier Mark was exceptional, kind, and fast.

Shopping part was fine. I ordered carpet but when the final quote came in it was significantly higher than the store estimate even though the home depot measuring guy gave me the EXACT same numbers I gave for the in store estimate. Very misleading and dishonest. Your employee on the phone said " Oh, that's just how it is". RIDICULOUS.

Such great, helpful and fast service today. The employees knew exactly where everything I was looking for was placed in the store and one of them showed me exactly how to apply tape to a shower head I was replacing. The young man at check out was very pleasant as well. Thank you Panorama City Home Depot. Keep up the great service!

Get cashiers/customer service staff who are knowledgeable & know how to ring up sales. I called store because your cashier was inept & didn't know what she was doing on a phone sale but NO ONE answered & I was left on hold 10 minutes & finally hung up. This is not the 1st bad experience at this location & it seems won't be the last!!

Great store, well managed with helpful employees - often more than one per aisle. Stuff they didn't have in stock they promptly ordered from another store for me. Items they didn't stock at all they referred me to specialty stores for.

Tall salesperson very rude and attitude..very unfriendly and not helpful at all...should be fired
