The store had a lot of sales people to help any and all of my needs. Great sales representatives and a very clean environment! Ask for Scott in the paint department if you need help there. He was amazing!

This is such a busy store, but have a friendly atmosphere, all employees are nice, knowledgeable and ready to assist. Great experience shopping at this store in Van Nuys.

I was having a problem with a price discrepancy and I took my issue to Customer Service. Dyana helped me. She was super friendly and patient. She made me feel like a valued guest, rather than another annoying customer. The problem was with a shelf tag with a much lower price than what was charged at the register. She didn't argue, instead she got her supervisor to approve honoring the marked price. Thank you, Home Depot - Panorama City. Dyana deserves a raise!

Full selection of home needs. I'm not a contractor or builder, so it's not always easy for me to track down what I need. That wasn't a problem because the employees were extremely ready to ask if I needed help and fully informative if I had any questions.

When I first visited this store I thought I was entering the gang-lands. The area around it is full of closed-down and graffiti-covered stores and it really needs a Chamber of Commerce effort to spruce it up. The store itself has plenty of parking and special parking for trades (space for trailers.) It would be great if some shade canopies could be added (or even better add some solar panels that double as shade and collect the power from Van Nuys' scorching heat.) The store itself and the staff there bend over backwards to assist customers and mare mostly bi-lingual and skilled in a level of DIY or actual trades. The only letdown is the plant section. Never enough herbs and the trees are a bit inferior. Walmart up the road has way better stock and cheaper. Generally, every department has most things you could need but there are always a few empty sections on shelves. Pretty good store though and a lot better than the equivalent in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico which was the previous store I would use.

I found what I need on line and drove to the store to purchase it. I could not find the item I was looking for so I asked an associate. He stopped what he was doing and located it for me. Great experience.
