good experience , feeli light and happy when you go out of the store

Needed help finding something and Associate was right there with the correct location of the item. Needed 85 pieces of something but there were only 50 in my sight so I asked Associate if they had any more and promptly was directed to the additional items I needed.

The associate who helped me (J****) was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful to me. I was looking for something with which to fight a recent roach infestation in my apt. He showed me different products, and explained how they worked and how to use them. I also walked around the store ('window shopping') and was offered assistance by other associates. Everybody seemed ready-willing-able to help, and I felt like a valued customer.

From entering the store, smooth... Find everything I look for, and thoroughly satisfied with every associate I meet with any iinquiry. End of each visit, complete satisfied with friendly cashiers handling final transactions. Overall customer service A++

I needed help choosing paint and paint colors for my living room and dining area and didn't know exactly which paint would be the easiest to apply and not look thin in spots (like my neighbor's wall who painted black and it looks terrible). The staff is friendly and very helpful, especially Scott, who helped me with all the extras like brushes and tape and gloves. He even gave me a free key to open the cans of paint, and expalined the process. The prices were great and the products reliable and good quality. I went back again and ordered more paint as it was so beautiful and my husband loves it! Who knew I'd do such a good job - thanks to Scott at Home Depot!!!!

Home Depot had the same trash can I wanted from Ross at a way better price:) Thank you Home Depot. Check before going to Walmart or Target if Home Depot has it. You might be surprised.

I always purchase my Christmas tree from Home Depot because they are fresh and cheap. There is always a great selection and the employees are very professional and friendly.

I went in for a return and thought that it might be difficult and that I would have to speak to management if an associate didnt want to take my return. Thankfully Humberto was the one to help. He made sure that I didnt feel bad for returning my item, smiled throughout the transaction and was just so pleasant. He is definitely a keeper. Keep up the great customer service. I wish all stores has associates like Humberto.

I order my power tools on line that was an easy process, the confirmation for pick up came in less than 30min, When I arrived to the Panorama store they had my order ready. The staff and cashier where very friendly and helpfull, After I pick up other staff and paid I was out of there in 20min.

I especially appreciate the help and knowledge and patience I receive from most of the store's associates. I'm a female senior citizen, and though I'm pretty good at fixing things, I still need a lot of help. I've gone to this store so often over the years, that several of the associates have become "buddies" - I go directly to them because they are not just amazingly knowledgeable, but they operate on the "old-fashioned" way of treating customers as people, rather than a number. George and Chris in the plumbing department have helped me with everything I've ever needed, and gone out of their way to help me find other things in other departments, too. In my opinion, the "bottom line" is all about PEOPLE - as consumers, we can find the "stuff" we want or need - but that "personal touch" is what makes shopping enjoyable and memorable and meaningful, and HUMAN.

We have made large and small purchases at this particular Home Depot. We have found that staff and management want to keep us as satisfied customers. They have even contacted vendors, on behalf, to make certain that we are treated well by the vendors.

Truly one of the best consumer customer service experiences I've ever had. My husband and I bought a fridge and grill. The associates who assisted us, Delia, James and a nice young woman in appliances, were unbelievably great. They answered all of our questions and moved us through the process like our needs were the most valuable of all of the customers in the store. They were also just SO nice!!! We went from BestBuy to this Home Depot looking for a particular fridge and the service we received at Home Depot blew best buy away.

I went to HD to replace two screens and to get a new sprinkler head. Plumbing, no associate was available to assist...an hour later (and Black Friday) when a stranger actually took pity on me and helped me select the right sprinkler head. Now on to rescreening my torn screens...never did it before and didn't know where to begin. Eugene in the Windows department, helped me with my torn screens and even set me up for a free estimate to have my furnace tuned-up - which I also needed but didn't think to ask if HD had as an option to set-up. Eugene was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. I was irritated after waiting for an associate in plumbing, but Eugene was so helpful and pleasant that I actually left in a more positive mood. Thank you Eugene and KUDOS to you.

Store Manager Robert and Associate Michael provided our family with an extraordinary customer service. As stated in the survey I felt very appreciated in my short visit due to the fact that they both didn't hesitate to help us out even though the store Christmas tree section was closed. Robert made sure an associate was available to assist us. Michael the associate was very knowledgable and courteous!!!

I've recently discovered the joy of gardening. Thanks to the Home Depot Garden Center I've been able to discover that it can be easy, not too expensive and lots of fun! Thank you Home Depot and thank you James for all your help, guidance and patience!!
