The Panorama City store came into being about the same time as we bought our house, 20 years ago, and only about 10 minutes away. The rest of this paragraph just writes itself, doesn’t it? Owning a house took me out of the electrical aisle (in which I’d been shopping since Home Depot came to Los Angeles in the early/mid-80’s), and I discovered a whole new world! I prefer Home Depot to other big box building supply stores, and have used Home Depots in a few different states (including Anchorage, AK!) when traveling (with my tool pouch, in "electrical contractor" mode) to visit friends/relatives. But, My Home Depot and it’s employees are the BEST!!

THE EMPLOYEES WERE KIND AND PROFESSIONAL

This store is big and had lots of supplies. Adonis was a great, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, smart, patient & amazing staff. He's great to have around in case you needed any help with DIY project(s), etc. He should be promoted to a Supervisor/Manager position so he can train more people to be like him. He's got great customer service skills. In the end when you come to this store & Adonis helps you with what you're looking for & needed you'll end up very happy & proud that you came to this store & got help by Adonis. Adonis even ask me a few times if I had any other DIY projects that I would need more supplies/tools like screws, etc. The products I needed were in stock. I got helped from Adonis in finding products that I needed. The store was clean in most areas that I came across in. Some staff was helpful. Adonis was the best Home Depot staff that leaves a smile on your face when you check out knowing that you got all the stuff you needed at this Home Depo #6644 because of staff like Adonis.

Do not go there looking for assistance or help in the tools section they will not assist you nor will they try to find the listed item that is on the Milwaukee combo deal. They do not care

I have never had such great customer service in a hardware store! First of all, there were enough people on staff. Help was easy to find, which is rare enough in a big store like this. Independently, Felix and Santos answered our (embarrassingly basic) questions without any judgment, helped us make sense of our plans, and gave us great advice. In another aisle, Marcos overheard our confusion and offered help—then proceeded to find us every item on our list and even give demos of how to properly assemble them. Very very impressed! Everyone we encountered was helpful and friendly.

customer service at this location is not the best and the store is not clean

I was looking for a particular item and Marcus (Flooring department) went above and beyond to help me find it ,even calling 2 stores for me until he found it which I really appreciate. He was nice and very helpful

NOrmally pretty well-maintained, but today inventories were a mess.

The store is organized and workers are friendly ready to help you. Specially one cashier in the custom service name Luz and her manager ( I didnt see her name ) were very kind and helped me through to get what I was looking for. I strongly recommend to buy at this place.

Anne in Customer Service is a gem! She we above and beyond to make sure I got all the items I ordered when they were no longer in stock at this store, going so far as getting them from another store to complete my order. People like her are rare and should be appreciated.
