Ordered a refrigerator weeks ago. Home Depot took thousands of dollars for the refrigerator, however it never came! They set up a delivery time and day, confirmed it, and then never showed up!! I’m still waiting. They are asking me for patience while they figure out why they sold me a refrigerator that they don’t even have in stock! Ridiculous! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

The people at the Parsippany store are always so helpful, willing to go the extra step. It's actually a pleasant experience to shop here.

Store is nice but felt like it was tough finding the right staff for assistance. Had to wait for long time. I stepped into store at 6:45pm and it could be a reason too. But am satisfied with the service at the end. Love shopping at Home Depot :)

AWESOME ASSISTANCE

My husband and I had a great shopping experience today. As usual the store was clean and well stocked. We did have reservations about shopping on a Sunday after Thanksgiving. There was plenty of sales assistants and cashiers so we just breezed through our shopping. Thanks Home Depot, for making it easy for us.

The store is great

Pleasant shopping experience, however at times it is difficult to find help. A few more employees to assist customers would be helpful.

Mike and Tom are always great and smiling and helpful. The management team is lacklsuter however and needs to not take customer concerns as ad hominem attacks on them.

Tom was very kind and professional when I came in for a childproofing project for the radiator covers in my home. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable. He provided me with all the items needed for the project. He carried large pieces of sheet metal around the store so my 16-month old son wouldn't cut himself on edges while in the cart. My husband was able to complete the project in under an hour thanks to Tom. He is truly a great employee and an asset to your team.

Store is clean, merchadise easy to locate and staff is always courteous, helpful and pleasant.
