I walked into the Pasadena Home Depot and was greeted with good morning from several associates. I needed information on vinyl fencing and Dale spent at least a half hour explaining everything I needed and how it needed to be built. He priced everything up and even showed me ways to save money for what I needed to do. It was probably the best customer service I have ever received at any Home Depot or Lowes.

In the store for home improvement items. Staff helpful

Nice to know that the younger associates care more about helping customers than the one department manager we dealt with.

Mary was wonderful!!!!! She help us to design the perfect kitchen and solved design problems that we struggled with. She were able to improve on our original design and make the design great. I'm so happy with what we came away with. Thank you Mary

we had to make a small return and buy a much larger purchase so we needed customer service. Amanda Deavers at the customer service desk was more than pleasant and helpful. My husband and I both agreed that we should "not forget" to say thank you and let her supervisor know that she did a fantastic job of helping us resolve our issue.

My favorite part about shopping at this Home Depot is the friendliness and helpfulness of the employees. I shop here a lot and have gotten to know several over the years and they always say, "Hi!, Great to see you again!" I love that.

Tayna and Robert (fork driver) were very helpful in completing my order. Tayna made it her mission to see I got everything I needed and she did it while also assisting other customers. She would let me know what she was doing (checking the computer, getting assistance with the electric stairs, helping another customer, etc.) then return to assist me. Kudos to your store associates.

Great service, staff was very helpful and welcoming. Being a female and this not being my line of work they noticed this right away and could tell I needed assistance and provided exceptional assistance. They got me exactly what I was looking for within minutes.

Every Sales associate we spoke with was friendly and helpful.

I was only in buying a set of blinds to finish the job I was on, but I gave the store a call 10 minutes before I got there to make sure someone was working in this department to cut them, well not only was someone there but they had the blind cut and ready for me when I arrived. Two thumbs up !!

As expected Home Depot has all told all materials all supplies available all the time, well priced what more can you ask for.

I shop at Home Depot anywhere from five to seven times a week, I never go to Lowes for hardware stores only Home Depots.

We had an issue with our original kitchen order. Mary, one of the kitchen designers, went above and beyond to correct the issue and even made sure we received the original discount from our first order. If anyone asked about a new kitchen, I will gladly say that we got ours at the Home Depot in Pasadena and they should request to speak with Mary. She really knows her stuff and is a joy to work with. I'VE SHOPPED AT SEVERAL DIFFERENT HOMEDEPOTS AND THE PASADENA STORE HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE WITH THE PRODUCTS IN THEIR DEPARTMENT.
