I went in today to get sound board out of the insulation aisle. The aisle was so full of skids I could pull the boards out. Employees were paged to help 3 times and the manager was contacted twice and nobody come. I waited a total of 40 minutes before I gave up and left. Very disappointed.

Bought some new backsplash for a kitchen renovation. Was able to apply my Veteran discount to my purchase and get some extra savings.

This location has great staff very halpful

I left my coupon at home that I could have used on this purchase. The register when checking out didn't ask or mention nor did an associate ask or mention it. I would have come back with my coupon. After all, we have to get savings everywhere we can. I will probably return the one and "repurchase" it.

Worst customer service ever. Store employees don’t even know their own products. I showed them pictures I took of the product, the color and the tag that was on the shelf and was empty. And they couldn’t even figure out a way to tell me how to order it. this was at their supposedly pro desk. They told me to come back the next day and maybe someone else could help me.

The inventory in one of the cabinet handle bays is very contaminated. The staff was very understanding and indicated a real interest in getting the inventory straightened out

When I go, I’m always greeted and this most recent time was the same! Two people took time to check if I needed any help.

Nice guy knew where to find everything I needed. In and out in no time.

I had a positive experience at this store. Two associates were amazingly helpful in directing me to the aisles where my needs would be met. When I checked out, Pamela, made my day with her positive comments.

Ordered and paid for two bathroom cabinets. Five weeks later I get an e-mail from the cabinet designer stating that the order had been cancelled. No phone call just simply an e-mail. We went into the store a day or two later as soon as we could. She claimed there was something wrong with the home depot's ordering system and its connection to Thomasville. Place the order again and asked them to expedite it. She said she would get in contact with Thomasville Rep. Never heard back. On numerous occasion the designer said she would get back to us and never did. The day before the cabinets were supposed to be delivered, and I get a notification from Home Depot that they're ready for pick up! I called and they said they could schedule a delivery and ask what time slot I would like. I picked the afternoon. The day before they're supposed to be delivered, I get notice that they're coming in the morning! What a mess!

The Home Depot person who helped me was awesome but I should have listened to the reviews about the installation instructions, which were some of the worst I have come across unfortunately. The device is also making a noise after installation, so we may return it.

Gunther in the Paint Department was very friendly, very knowledgible snd provided advice about the paint to use and how to approach my project. Went well beyond my expectations. Mixed paint sample 3 times (my sample piece was very old and difficult to match) until we were both satisfied.

Upon checking out I met Ms Kisha, she was very friendly, knowledgeable, and excellent customer service. She explained how I was to pick up my WILL CALL ITEMS. Said make sure I call 2 hours ahead of time before I pick up. Kisha was so helpful. Once again Kisha, thank you for a nice shopping experience. These are the employees the company’s should value!

The Pleasant Ridge Home Depot is a very busy store and is perfectly located for shopping. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They take the time and effort to make sure you find what you are looking for and that your shopping experience is simple and a good one.

Love the in-stock cordless blinds

Brandon helped me find what I needed, was efficient, understanding, and knowledgeable. He also helped me investigate the proper tool I needed to purchase and loaded the heavy items into my car. An added bonus was that he laughed at my jokes (which weren't that great.) He's a stellar example of why I love Home Depot!

I received great information from the Pro Desk and applying for a Pro credit card the great benefits to purchase items for my rental properties. Excellent service from this desk.

Inventory is poor knowledgeable sales people are nonexistent. Go to a smaller locally owned store for quality service.

Went to purchase 1 item, a new toilet. The bay indicated on the website held a different size than what the site showed. No personnel around to help load a 100# carton onto the flat truck: which I had to retrieve from the center of the parking lot. (None inside) Took almost 10 minutes to get assistance to load said carton into our van. Spouse and I both in our 70’s and NOT going to try and manhandle 100 pounds of toilet.

I wouldn’t come back to this location. When I found an employee to get something from the top rack, they said “it’s not my area” so I waited for 10 minutes to find another employee to get it. The item was a jug of hydrogen peroxide.

I went to purchase a drill adapter and 3” Diamond blade to cut tile. Customer service rep used his phone and took me right to the exact location in store. He also confirmed adapter would fit it my drill. Outstanding service!

Dale & Judy in the Appliance Department were extremely helpful with the purchase of our new GE Side-by-Side GSE23GGPWW Refrigerator and Bosch Series 800 Dishwasher. I commend and thank them for their level of service and for their product knowledge. We are very happy with the discounted sales prices for and availability of said appliances. I highly recommend the Pleasant Ridge Home Depot location for your next appliance purchase.

I bought some wrong items 3 times in a row. I did not incure any problems or dismay. When I returned the items.

Since I purchased many items in the store, I know that if I have a problem, it will be taken care of

My experience is too long and hurtful to explain. To make it simple....the front end supervisor was rude, hostile, mean spirited, and verbally abusive. I will never shop at the Pleasant (not pleasant at all) Ridge store in Ohio again.

Horrible experience, customer service is non-existent, card readers don't work, not worth your time.
