I went in to buy some doors and Linda, in that department, could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable or pleasant. Made the whole experience for me

Customer service was horrible!! We got paint splattered on us at the paint department and there was no apology. Another employee said we can have a discount which turned in him really marked up the cost of the paint. When trying to speak to a manager had to wait a while and employees at customer service thought it was funny that I had paint all over me, my spouse and my 6 year old. Accidents happen but there was no lack of remorse. No care in the world. The Second lady at customer service was soo rude like I was bothering her. Sorry, I thought I was the one with ruined clothes and paint all over me. Pretty sure the manager had no clue how to handle the situation. He did try. We will not be shopping this store again!! This store might want to invest in customer service training! ASAP!

I was treated so very well at the pleasant ridge store on the 23rd of July by a young lady named Tina. She went out of her way to help me look for the things I was looking for and she then checked me out at the customer service desk when a few of the other ladies were too busy to help me. I appreciate how very sweet she was to me the whole time and had a smile on her face too. She just made me feel like I was important and that my business was appreciated at home Depot. I am just greatful to the other 2 ladies that were just as nice and helping other customers and being so nice. It's employees like these 3 that make me want to keep going back to pleasant ridge home Depot.

I always receive great customer service at this store. They are always willing to help if they can, and will find someone to help me if they can't. I love my neighborhood Home Depot store!

I didn’t think I needed help with my purchase but I was glad to find a staff member who really knew the products.

I am in the process of remodeling my bathroom and it is a daunting task. I have done price comparisons on product and found Home Depot to be the best fit for me and the service was pretty good to. Ed on the floor and Mike in kitchens helped a lot.

Nice variety of air conditioners to choose from.

Staff are rude, crass and they simply don't care about customer service. Such a pain and drab shopping here.

Best experience ever at Home Depot in Pleasant Ridge. The people working there were incredibly kind and helpful. A young man helped me load my car. I was blown away to see people that happy and kind.

The electrician department is the best also the garden department is the best

I suffer from slight social-anxiety. I had to do a return and the Returns cashier Yolanda made it the most efficient and least stressful ever.

If you want to purchase an appliance I suggest that you look for Dale. He explained everything really well and was very polite and pleasant to work with. The other employees in the department were also very helpful.

I buy materials on this location every day and I always find what I need

You ever been somewhere where everyone is polite and everything is easy to find and easily accessible and readily available with reliable products and information for all home improvement needs. I pass a lot of places to go to that 1.

Some home depot pro desk keep a very long line but this one seems to always have the same people knocking things out keeping things moving even while guys are coming up with huge orders.

I am glad I bought a dryer and glad I did. Dale was helpful and informative.

Home Depot contracts with horrible contractors who then hire more contractors to do bad kitchen installs. Now months later I’m trying to get a resolution with management and it’s been weeks and no one is responding to my emails. I will never shop here again!

Received a 10% discount offer as a HD credit card holder. Thought I’d utilize it to buy a new microwave, however, upon check out, the discount was not honored. Tried to discuss with customer service, however, they were completely impotent.

I was looking for flooring for a project I was trying to complete. I found exactly what I was looking for and it was reasonably priced and included installation. It was a one stop shop, what more could I have asked for. Home Depot is where doers get things done, thank you Home Depot.

For the first time ever, I bought boards without thinking about whether they would fit in my car. Of course, I check out and make it all the way out to my trunk to realize, yep- they won't fit. As I walked back into the store, the clerk that checked me out smiled and said, "won't fit?" Then proceeded to call one of the staff in lumber to help me cut the boards down to a size that would fit. They made my cuts quickly and proceeded to help me carry the boards back out to my car. Thank goodness for the friendly staff!!!

I bought this unit based on prior experience with Dale Curp and always ask for him specifically when shopping for large appliances. We have purchased 2 refrigerators, 1 freezer and a dishwasher in the last few years from this store and this appliance specialist.

We went to purchase a new washer and dryer. The appliance specialist, Dale Curp, was so helpful! We aren't used to this type of service any more and it was really appreciated.
