I returned an item I bought the same day. Katie at the Returns desk was attentive and made sure she got another team member to bring the item out of my car. Then, she completed my return refund in no time flat!! TOTALLY OUTSTANDING!

Love HD bark chip mulch mixed with bark mulch in my garden. Helps to retain moisture for my plants, keep weeds from growing and looks beautiful in my garden as well as add organic nutrients for my plants.

If you are shopping for an appliance, stop in and see Sandy and Dale. Both are there to help and serve. They are both very knowledgeable and professional. I was at the Fields Ertel store yesterday and I was disrespected and the sales people acted as if I was invisible. If you have to drive a bit out of your way to get to the Highland Ave store, I encourage you to do so. They really care about you.

The store is fine but Bridgette in the electrical dept has the worst customer service and knowledge!

Home Depot is a great store

The Pleasant Ridge Home Depot store is always ran professionally and the staff are very helpful.

Horrible Service after purchase. Delivered damaged refrigerator with no help to replace and was leaving town the next day left hanging with no refrigerator and nowhere to put food from old one. And now have to wait for 2 more weeks for a second attempt to deliver. And be held hostage waiting on a delivery. I think they could have sent a floor model until new delivery as a loner 1 mile down the street. Because they Said the one I purchased was in stock when I purchased. They did not call the day before for a delivery window had to call Corp. day of delivery to find out when. Was told drivers would unhook ice maker as long as water supply was shut off and then was told we are not aloud to touch copper piping to ice maker I had to do myself as they were unwrapping my New damaged refrigerator. Bad Service.

Wonderful customer service and professional experience.

Usually this location is well staffed, proficient, and clean. As well as well stocked. This is my preferred Home Depot in the Cincinnati area.
