All Home Depots are helpful when I am shopping and need to call on someone. I really have no complaints.

Always ask for me Johnny Taylor he helped me so much and was nice.

Needed wall to wall carpeting for my house. All the employees in the flooring department , Logan and Phill, were so friendly and knowledgeable and made the whole process easy for me. Katie in checkout was also friendly and so helpful.

Katie was extremely helpful on the warranty return process.

Katie is so helpful, she's at the Pleasant Ridge HD, go see her.

The Front Service Desk provided great Customer Service even as the store was closing. (Got me on my way in a flash)

Love HD bark chip mulch mixed with bark mulch in my garden. Helps to retain moisture for my plants, keep weeds from growing and looks beautiful in my garden as well as add organic nutrients for my plants.

I KNOW WHAT I NEEDED BUT HAVE LITTLE OR NO KNOWLEDGE. THE SALESMAN HAD PATIENCE AND FIGURED OUT WHAT I NEEDED. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!

If you are shopping for an appliance, stop in and see Sandy and Dale. Both are there to help and serve. They are both very knowledgeable and professional. I was at the Fields Ertel store yesterday and I was disrespected and the sales people acted as if I was invisible. If you have to drive a bit out of your way to get to the Highland Ave store, I encourage you to do so. They really care about you.

The store is fine but Bridgette in the electrical dept has the worst customer service and knowledge!
