Jeanne Middleton did an excellent job! She was so helpful and so patient and helping us to make the right decisions, she has put a lot of input into our final decision in our kitchen.

Dan was FANTASTIC! I was doing some repairs on my rental property and he came in to ensure that everything was amazing. He did everything from flooring to spackle to paint and even curtain rods. Even gave me advice on doing the actual work. I’ll definitely be back simple because of him.

the would i bought is in prefect condition and the paint was prefect made for easy in stall.

Tool rental had poor attitude, sent me to customer service, and they knew what they needed to do was get a manager over there. Instead I got the run around, walked to customer service and was told to walk back to tool rental to meet the manager. This was ridiculous by itself. What made the experience even worse was listening to tool rental employees tell a customer they couldn’t help them mount wheels on a cart or loan them the tools to do it. Mounting those wheels was a 5 minute job any employee should have been happy to help with.

I really like the customer service I received on the day that I went to shop at Home Depot. I appreciate everyone helping me find the things that I needed and going the extra mile to locate it for the most part people were friendly cheerful, which enhanced my shopping experience.

I stopped here after work to get a socket wrench set, but had questions, so I went to customer service and was helped fairly quickly. I was directed to the aisle to find my tools, but on my walk over to the aisle, I heard the customer service rep call someone over the store speaker to help me find what I was looking for. Jim, was the attendant and boy was he AMA-ZING. He was patient, kind, experienced, and knowledgeable about the different tools brands I’d asked him about. He was honest and thorough, and I truly appreciated being helped by him. He didn’t make me feel bad for not knowing. He wasn’t just “trying to make a sale”. I could tell that he enjoys what he does and truly just wanted to help and that really made my evening. I’ll be back to this store and I’ll send my friends too.

Bought a grill and needed delivery- Cust service went out of their way to help me get delivery- appreciate the service … in a time where there seems to be little customer service

Excellent work from Designer Jeannie Middleton. Highly recommend working with her to have all your needs met. Friendly and professional as well as very knowledgeable. Home Depo is the place to go for home remodeling projects.

Most HDs I've shopped at are helpful and friendly but not this one, especially if you're female although it seems like even men have a hard time getting help here. Worst customer service every time. This location is also pretty trashy and stock is all jumbled together making it hard to find what you need ESPECIALLY WITH NO HELP!

Customer Service agents are very happy to show where the products are and seem very knowledgeable about the product when I had comparison questions when trying to decide on what would fit my needs

Had a return that required buying two batteries and you get a free tool. Tried to return the tool because it was not what I thought it was. Needed another tool so I tried to exchange the tool for another tool that qualified for the same deal. Was told I need to return the batteries with the tool. The batteries are fine, so I didn’t see the point in giving them the open box of batteries just to turn around and buy the same thing brand new again. They would not allow this, so they lost money for the company and I made out with new batteries. I went to buy another of the same package deal. I went to check out and the free tool wasn’t ringing up free. Manager was called over and said that the tool I had was not part of the promotion and the one that was was out of stock. The one I had at the register was $99 and the one in the promotion was $129 (if purchased separately). I was fine with the less expensive tool, but the manager would not honor the deal with the less expensive tool. Again, lost the company money. I understand corporate policy, but allow your employees to use common sense and run the business properly for profit. The whole transaction from took approximately 1 hour and way too much effort for the employees and myself.

I shop at this store frequently... My only critic is that the staff members seldom approach customers to offer assistance.

My husband & I recently purchased an LG washer & dryer & are looking forward to their delivery. If these are the items you’re looking for ask for sales person Dale Curp; he knows the products & will treat you well!

Messy disorganized understocked store. Understaffed constantly for years, long wait times, long lines. Aisles are crowded w sales bins items, cant navigate.

I went in to buy some doors and Linda, in that department, could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable or pleasant. Made the whole experience for me

Customer service was horrible!! We got paint splattered on us at the paint department and there was no apology. Another employee said we can have a discount which turned in him really marked up the cost of the paint. When trying to speak to a manager had to wait a while and employees at customer service thought it was funny that I had paint all over me, my spouse and my 6 year old. Accidents happen but there was no lack of remorse. No care in the world. The Second lady at customer service was soo rude like I was bothering her. Sorry, I thought I was the one with ruined clothes and paint all over me. Pretty sure the manager had no clue how to handle the situation. He did try. We will not be shopping this store again!! This store might want to invest in customer service training! ASAP!

I was treated so very well at the pleasant ridge store on the 23rd of July by a young lady named Tina. She went out of her way to help me look for the things I was looking for and she then checked me out at the customer service desk when a few of the other ladies were too busy to help me. I appreciate how very sweet she was to me the whole time and had a smile on her face too. She just made me feel like I was important and that my business was appreciated at home Depot. I am just greatful to the other 2 ladies that were just as nice and helping other customers and being so nice. It's employees like these 3 that make me want to keep going back to pleasant ridge home Depot.

I always receive great customer service at this store. They are always willing to help if they can, and will find someone to help me if they can't. I love my neighborhood Home Depot store!

I didn’t think I needed help with my purchase but I was glad to find a staff member who really knew the products.

I am in the process of remodeling my bathroom and it is a daunting task. I have done price comparisons on product and found Home Depot to be the best fit for me and the service was pretty good to. Ed on the floor and Mike in kitchens helped a lot.

Nice variety of air conditioners to choose from.

Staff are rude, crass and they simply don't care about customer service. Such a pain and drab shopping here.
