Home Depot is a great store

The Pleasant Ridge Home Depot store is always ran professionally and the staff are very helpful.

Horrible Service after purchase. Delivered damaged refrigerator with no help to replace and was leaving town the next day left hanging with no refrigerator and nowhere to put food from old one. And now have to wait for 2 more weeks for a second attempt to deliver. And be held hostage waiting on a delivery. I think they could have sent a floor model until new delivery as a loner 1 mile down the street. Because they Said the one I purchased was in stock when I purchased. They did not call the day before for a delivery window had to call Corp. day of delivery to find out when. Was told drivers would unhook ice maker as long as water supply was shut off and then was told we are not aloud to touch copper piping to ice maker I had to do myself as they were unwrapping my New damaged refrigerator. Bad Service.

Wonderful customer service and professional experience.

Usually this location is well staffed, proficient, and clean. As well as well stocked. This is my preferred Home Depot in the Cincinnati area.

Home Depot advertises a Veterans Discount. This is a lie. They do not offer a discount to veterans, ONLY to active duty, reserve and retired service members. Lowe’s honors their advertised veteran discount. No more Home Depot for this veteran.

this store is a total joke, they have people that work there that don't do there job, If u ask them where something is, all they say is I DONT KNOW< I am sorry, I have worked retail, Hardware before, I have never said I DONT KNOW, this store should be closed

YOU HAVE PEOPLE AT THE CHECK OUT COUNTER THINK THAT THEY ARE ABOVE THE CUSTOMER HAVING A VIEW OF THE WARRANTY ON A PRODUCT

Amazing Katie was wonderful

The employees in this store go out of their way to help customers. The store manager Rob Sizeman is an excellent gentleman who is super patient and absolutely helpful. I highly recommend this store!

John at the front door is great ! Katie at the front desk never gets flustered and moves through her tasks quickly and effectively. Jim Dornacher in windows and doors is always great and very detailed so i get what i want

The front manage was great to us. Her Name is Katie. we had some problems with an employee in the bathroom department and Katie saved the day by helping us order the vanity we wanted and was pleased to do so, cant say the same for the other employee. Glad I went to service desk otherwise we would not have made a purchase today from homedepot or opened a credit card.

bathrooms were really dirty now I know we don't shop Home Depot for bathroom use but if needed such as trips in the past have been- it would be nice if they were clean rated on the bathrooms

The employees help! Sometimes it’s moral support. Every visit I have is pleasant and the materials needed are always there. I can get down all the isle with my cart and get out quick when I’m ready
