Good store, everyone was very helpful. Couldn't find the item I wanted but they tore the place apart looking for it.

The store is king of messy. But they do have all the things you may need.

EMPLOYEES WENT ABOVE & BEYOND FOR ME-- AGAIN! I had left a bag of my purchased items in my shopping cart but didn't realize it until I arrived back home. When I returned to the store to see if it was returned, four different Home Depot employees helped me find it and get me back on my way. This was the second time in 6 months that employees here had gone "above and beyond" to help me. Special thanks to Makeila, Pat, Kirk and Christian!)

Just a quick shot out to Linda at the Highland/Ridge Avenue store for providing service late in the hour on a Sunday night with demanding customers and a smile! Thanks for the hustle and professionalism!

Well as far as Home Depot goes I am working on my third door as soon as I find another location that has my size everyone of these doors has been damaged in some way do you not check your stock? I normally don't shop at Home depot its just you have the door I want and now I can't seem to find my size that isn't damaged in some way I'm getting a real good look at Home Depot from the inside. Not Good!

During my visit today (and as always:) the Home Depot staff were very friendly and helpful with questions I had finding certain items in the store. Everyone was simply sweet, direct, and very approachable! Everytime I come here, I just feel like I'm a part of the Home Depot family:) I know that might sound cheesy but I just really like shopping here:)!!!

This store always has a nice stock of products that I'm looking for. The pricing is always competitive and in this visit to the store I had a very attentive and friendly cashier (Virginia). Can't say much for the other employees who are overall lacking in friendly customer service but I go there for the deals.

Steve in the Plumbing Department is very helpful and knows his area very well. Don't hesitate to ask him to help you find whatever plumbing item you are looking for!

The best shopping experience I have had anywhere in a long time. They were even short a few workers in the flooring department, but helped us with smiles and went above and beyond. Young man at register was waiting on a price check on one of our area rugs, saw I was hot, went and got a small fan and plugged it in, then went and looked up price himself. So polite and kind all of them. Thank you guys all of you!!

This is our home improvement store. We purchased our beautiful kitchen cabinets, counter top and carpet here. The carpet is not installed yet, but we feel it is good quality. We are very happy with the cabinets.

Absolutely LOVE this store's location; immediately off of the exit ramp from I71 south. And, every time I'm in this store, the employees are super friendly.

The Home Depot store on Highland Ave carries everything needed to renovate and maintain your building project or home. The friendly and professional employees make it easy to find the products you need with competitive pricing.

Good products. Staff are not always available to help. At times, I must seek out an associate.

2 great employees were extremely helpful today, Trey and Divine. They stepped up and offered to load a heavy dishwasher into our van.....very nice, polite,....they were high school students on their way to college.

Everyone has been extremely helpful and nice at this store. However if you want someone knowlageable in the appliance department make sure you don't come too late in the day. That's why this review is 4/5 because i have found this really inconvenient

First, I am extremely loyal HomeDepot shopper - I will drive past other big box stores to shop at HD. Staff is generally knowledgable and selection good. However, today 4/25/17, during the lunch rush - there was not sufficient check lane capacity to handle shoppers in completing their purchases. Don't drop anything and immediately try to find it -- Employees will hand your dropped iPhone to anyone that says it is theirs. While they perhaps are trying to do the helpful thing, there is not operating standard or guidance from management to have lost items taken to customer service or security for easy retrieval.

THIS STORE IS CONVENIENT, GENEROUS PARKING AND WELL STAFFED WHICH IS UNUSUAL THESE DAYS. MOST OF THE TIME AT OTHER BIG STORES, YOU NEED TO ADD 15 MINUTES FOR FINDING AN STAFF MEMBER FAMILIAR WITH THE DEPARTMENT AND PRODUCTS.
