Walked in to ask the first associate I saw, Brian, a question and he rudely said, "That's NOT my department!" After standing there shocked for a few seconds, I finally walked away and found what I needed anyway.

Linda, Trina and Jim were the BEST EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!

This store always has what I need and employees are friendly.

store was in ok condition. staff seemed to be put out, when asked the location of iteams.

I was looking for a product and asked three different associates where it was. Each gave me a different answer and all were incorrect. I also picked up a product in an end cap display marked as on sale. It did not ring up at the sale price. I was told I had the wrong product and needed to go back and pick up the correct product if I wanted it. They did not bother to suggest the correct UPC or part number to look for.

My husband and I went in for a few household items and to make an apt to design our new kitchen and purchase countertops. We ended up meeting with an associate who was so helpful and we ended up purchasing granite countertops with her. She was also very patient with out one year old son. We ended up leaving very happy even after making a nearly $3000 purchase.

We went in to return some door knobs we bought but didn't use because we found some on homedepot.com we liked better. The return went quickly as did the in-store pick up of the online order. We also found some Rubbermaid storage containers for a very reasonable price, plus moss killer for our garden, and switchplate covers! Oh yes....some lightbulbs as well! The clerks at the service desk were very pleasant.

Store was clean. Most of all the people were polite and knowledgeable about the product I was asking about. I have no problems about referring this store to any friend or family member.

The employees were very friendly and helpful especially Sandy that work in the flooring department. She is very knowledgeable of carpet flooring, and Window treatment. She is also patient and kind.

Very clean store, and a great customer service rep helped me do a return.

I was very pleased with Home Depot and the variety of goods offered. I have shopped at Home Depot for many years and I am always satisfied with my products and the whole shopping experience.

Every once and a while we had to scour a few rows to find an associate, but as soon as we began working with them they were incredibly knowledgeable in both their departments and others. And found experts in others for us when necessary. Very good experience.

I had a great online in-store pickup experience as well as a great Customer Service experience. It had been a long, busy day and on top of everything I had to do in the evening I found out at 3pm that had to buy a utility sink to replace the one that had rusted out. The issue came up unexpectedly, and had to buy a new sink the same day to get it installed the following day. I had 0 time to go and look for a utility sink so I ordered the sink online while in a work meeting, picked it up within 2 hours and while at the store needed to buy an additional part. That was awesome...just awesome. Then I got to the store...15 mins before closing time. I needed help finding what I was supposed to buy and walked around the store looking for an associate. I spotted Blair (way outside the Plumbing area) and asked him if he could help me. Without hesitation he said yes, listened to my needs (really listened-since I literally had no other info than "buy a p-trap kit) and got on his phone to talk with the "plumbing area expert" and find out where to take me. He walked me to the area, helped look for what I needed, and was so patient and kind. He stayed until the plumbing person arrived (he was helpful and nice too but I didn't catch his name) and then walked me to the cash register, helped the cashier pull my online order, offered to load the product into my cart and then did so...in the rain...after closing time at this point. Blair made this experience so positive for me. My day was packed...I had no time to waste and no clue what I really needed. As a single mom, I had my child with me and it was bedtime and I didn't want to buy the wrong part and have to come back. Blair's customer service was exceptional. This HD is lucky to have him!

The Associates in this store are always knowledgeable and helpful and I would not buy my paint anyplace else.

Been shopping here for years. Always have what I need, when I need it. Well kept store and helpful employee's! Good store to go to!

We are updating our kitchen countertops and had the great good fortune of working with the talented and knowledgeable Julia Gray in Kitchen Design. She helped us select a beautiful quartz countertop, faucets and a new refrigerator. I would recommend her and the rest of the staff we have met at the Pleasant Ridge Home Depot.

This is my least favorite Home Depot. Customer Service help is often surly and slow, not up to par with other stores at all.

This store is extremely neat and orderly, well lit, and the customer support is first class.

From the moment I walked in I felt Home Depot associates treated me with respect and dignity and did not make me feel inadequate as a woman shopping in a man's paradise. They were friendly, went out of their way to be helpful and explained things in a language I could understand. I really appreciated that plus they took as much time as I needed to understand my problem. I would recommend any woman who's trying to do a home project to visit this store for the kind of help we can use.
