HD had everything I was looking for in stock and the price was right. I received a double bonus because the store offered an additional 10% discount on your total purchase when you used your Home Depot credit card. This was a win win, great price and discount too. I will return for my next home improvement need. Thank you.

I like shopping at the Pleasant Ridge store. It's close and they have what I need at a reasonable price.

there were several people without masks, one in the electrical department handling quite a bit of the merchandise. I see maskless people everytime I go to your store. Since you don't enforce the mandate, can I start smoking while I shop?

Had a very good experience as we purchased some appliances for our kitchen remodel.

The Pleasant Ridge Home Depot was cleaned and were following the Covid 19 guide lines. The employees were so helpful. The store was super busy and they were fully staffed. My intentions was to purchase two items. I Purchased 11items. But I was happy with everything I bought and the excellent customers service from the employees. I really appreciate you all service. Thank you sooo much.

Need to ensure product is available, especially in lumber areas. More cashiers as opposed to self-checkout and near entry end of store.

Great customer service! The front desk Customer Service people are amazing!

The staff was extremely helpful. I was looking for a Air compressor which the web site said they had 1 in stock. When I got to where is was supposed to be there wasn't one. I was an employee for help and with in about 5 minutes they located it up on a top shelf in a different Aisle. Then came the hard part of one guy trying to muscle this 170pound air compressor off the shelf under a cable and onto the lift. Needless to say he worked up a sweat but was extremely helpful and even offered to help me load it in my truck. Now that's customer service plus.

Meant the most lovely lady this morning! Yvonne is A+ and delivers a gold star experience. Yes, the store is nice and has wonderful product. But if you don’t have great associates like Yvonne, you should just close up shop!

I so appreciated the isle employee and the customer service rep (Gene and Katie) from my last visit to Home Depot to make a quick return and quick pickup of a smaller version of the item I needed to complete my project. It is very important for quick and easy shopping - in and out. I got just that! It was a memorable customer service experience! Thank you so much for giving your all!

The Ridge Ave Home Depot Cashier Devonda was extremely polite. The products were where the employees said. It wasn't hard to find and receive help.

John in flooring is fantastic. This store is not in my area. I called spoke to John about my flooring needs he checked the stock, checked the flooring, completed my purchase and had my flooring ready at customer service. It was great.

Recently visited store #3832 to return/exchange an item I received as a gift. Had the receipt the giftee provided to me and as such provided that to the cashier. Was told that I was not able to exchange the item, was not allowed to receive a gift card or anything else and the only thing they could provide was a credit to the giftee's credit card. Did not offer any other help or explanation other than that this was store policy and that I could call the giftee. Pretty terrible customer service and really disregard for satisfying a pretty good customer (store is awfully close to my residence). Quite disappointed in attitude and effort provided to me.

Went to store to buy a dishwasher and get it installed. The clerk didn't add the install and I didn't see it was missing from the order until the next day, I called and asked the same clerk and she had no idea and said she would find out and call me back the next day but she didn't so I had to go back to the store and the original order was cancelled so a new order with the install could be entered. What a waste of my time

The staff was friendly and polite. Overall the store was clean and they have taken good social distancing measures.
