Excellent service! I bought an item today, do not have an idea where to find anything but the service person, the young Portuguese man at the service center was excellent. I think his name is Adrian or Alexander... he looked it up, walked to the shelf, handed it to me, it was the last one. Thank you! It was an ease, enter a large store with so many things, I usually do not shop there unless I need something special, and he made it supper easy for me.

you can definitely tell this store has gone through some management re-vamp. Best experience so far for the past 6 years. Really helpful and put an effort in helping you find what you need. service desk has a lot of fresh faces but they are doing a great job in processing quick returns for me on several occasions. I did have to pick up an online order once and that too was fast. they got my info and brought out my (2) shelf units in under 10 mins. (the gentlemen who helped me was named Will)

I would only recommend this store if you happen to have the pleasure of meeting MJ at the customer service desk or Clint in the paint department. They were nice and helpful. I had to ask 3 associates for help before I found them and they led me directly to the department and product I needed. The cashier had a nasty attitude and instead of asking me if I had a sku number she complained to her co-worker that I "Didn't even have a sku." When I explained that another associate directed me to the front of the store she stated that her co-worker has the same computer as she does. As a former home Depot employee and customer service veteran this was was extremely unacceptable. I don't ask that the associates pretend to like me or smile but I at least would like to have the basics of customer service covered.

I was there to purchase some plants, propane and make a return. The young lady who helped me was WINFRED....she was such a delight to deal with. She help me with both the return and my purchase. She was very knowledgeable and experienced and went out of her way to work with me.  She is the kind of person that makes me keep coming back to Home Depot and a true asset to your company. Thank you Winfred for being so helpful and accommodating.

I always shop at Home Depot Pleasanton for home projects. I have completed several home projects like carpet, garage door and other appliances. Their service is good!

This is my go to Home Depot. I frequently have questions and am always helped with a good attitude, no matter how busy the store.

Stephanie (Pleasanton, Garden Department, April 13th and 14th 2021) exceeds expectations with her customer service. She deserves to be recognized as an outstanding employee.

Worst experience I've ever had! Avoid like rona outbreak. I went to return something and boy was I treated like total Trash. First off I didn't even get the common customer treatment of being asked for the box that stuff came in instead I was basically yelled at by this nasty lady named Audrey and was told no way na uh we can't return this. I went out and got the box would have been no problem if I was asked nicely but that's not something they do here in fact good luck getting help at all the only reason I'd recommend anyone going here would be to learn what not to do at a place of business. Avoid avoid avoid! What a joke!

Properly displayed, clean, has got all products

You can definitely tell certain days of the week are much more traffic heavy than others. Luckily, I ended up shopping on a slow day and made the entire shopping experience better. I had to quickly stop by and get some supplies for my plumbing repair. They had an associate already in the aisle I needed to be in and offered assistance right away . He helped me find the parts I needed and sent me off my way. This store has definitely improved with their customer service!

Pooja Rajvanshi, flooring specialist was very kind and thorough for our needs and questions, as well as followups till the end of purchasing order. We highly recommend her.

We shop at this store time-to-time and the inventory levels sometimes do not reflect what is available online. Store associates are incredibly helpful though and will help you find a location where items are in stock or can ship directly to you.

Sales Cashier Patricia was friendly and provided excellent customer service when we had an unmarked partial piece of scrap plywood that wasn't marked with the purple pen discount

I waited 1-hour during pandemic until item in store was found. Online said store had 5 of my item in stock, in store on aisle 47, bay 017. I drove 2 store. Item wasn't there.I found the Garden Dep't mgr. He looked through every Garden aisle & couldn't find it. He used his phone to find it. 10 minutes. No luck. He got a "hunter" Eileen to look. 25 minutes. "hunter" Eileen couldn't find it. She was searching with another another employee. Eileen had to leave due to phone call she received. I asked the employee left with me to ask the Dep't Mgr for a discount if found or whenever it come to store. She couldn't get him on phone. She left to find him. Another 25 minutes without her returning. Suddenly a male employee put my item in front of me and asked if this is what I was looking for. It was. It was in the store, but the Dep't Mgr and 2 underlings couldn't find it and had me WAIT FOR AN HOUR until someone found it. I didn't want to waste anymore time in store and SELF CHECKED OUT, paying full price. Extremely dissatisfied.

We had an opportunity to visit the Pleasanton Home Depot store the other day. In the midst of the pandemic and Christmas scurry, we were treated exceptionally well by several employees. We had several returns as we "overbought" remodel items. The gal that helped us had a terrific sense of humor and just made our day. We went on to purchase an electric drill for my son-in-law and the gentleman in the power tool department couldn't have been more helpful! Thank you Pleasanton Home Depot!!

We had the best experience in the Flooring and Windows department. We purchased new premium blinds for all our windows for our new home. We are about to purchase new waterproof vinyl flooring for our bathrooms. Pooja Rajvanshi is an outstanding sales associate. She made our shopping experience seamless.
