I purchased outdoor carpet and when I finally did get help they were very friendly and helpful. They took my items to the checkout and also helped finding other accessories I needed.

Please keep the dogs out of your stores!!!!!!

I 'm very happy with my purchase.

Picked up at the order desk and Ali at the Saddle Rock store was very efficient and helpful. The golf rack ended up being the exact right size for the space.

I waited 20 minutes with out an employee showing to unlock a grass trimmer. I tried QR code scan 3 times on cage with no one showing. Had an associate from different area page an employee . No show. 20 minutes of wasted time. No purchase.

I'm repairing/painting the fence. Everything I needed was easy to find ... no help required. Since I'm a loner, this is a feature I truly admire. However, if I needed assistance, there was help just around the corner.

Ordered a vanity and received it early-thank you! We were assisted by Ali.

Bob in appliance department was an excellent communicator and helped my wife and I chose the right product for our needs. He represented Home Depot as a cherished employee that was both knowledgeable and friendly. It's employees like Bob that'll keep me coming back.

This is hands down the best pro desk of any home Depot I have been to. Always willing to help and do what they can to accommodate.

This is by get the cleanest, most organized, most stocked Home Depot I’ve ever been to. The employees there are AWESOME! Always willing to help, friendly and professional! What an awesome team! We placed an online order for flooring to be picked up by us at the Saddlerock store. The employees working that evening were outstanding. We were greeted and immediately assisted by Terrilynn who had our online order ready to wheel out while we grabbed a few more items. She was very helpful in answering out questions and providing additional information about credit options and design services. We also encountered two other employees while looking for a handful of things. I feel badly that I can't remember their names but they both we're very knowledgeable - told us where everything we needed was and walked us to several of them to get us started and ensure that we found exactly what we needed.

Always a pleasant experience. It can be cluttered at times, but I rather have more than be without.

Best store I have been to. Everyone was warm and welcoming and several employees approached me asking me if I needed help.

The staff here is always so friendly and helpful. I appreciate them going the extra mile with me. Helping put stuff into my car, or helping me in the aisle.

I tries to use the 10% off coupon sent to me via email for my HD credit Card, and the self checkout would not take it. I was told to go to customer service to talk with them. Didn't have the time to go thru a refund/repurchase.
