Products I bought here today and in the past have all met their needs and have been the best tools and products around. I will always go to Home Depot for my construction and tool needs. Thank you Home Depot for being who you are.

Throughout the store we are greeted by friendly employees. The appliance salesman we wonderful and helpful and knowledgeable. Our new favorite store!

Three guys standing by saw, none offered to help. Over charged at register.

Elizabeth at the customer service desk was amazing. She listened to the issue was very patient and did not interrupt. She quickly went through her steps to give myself the answers I was looking for and concluded with a satisfied customer. This is an exceptionally well run store. The employees I've interacted with, including a manager named Heather, a young man at returns named Charles and Jenna at self check- out have all gone out of their way to be friendly and helpful. This is especially telling during this pandemic, where so many people are rude and generally in edge.

I was happy with the service I received from Connie while purchasing my items. Delivery time given was satisfactory.

Horrible customer service on a manufacturer defect on a water heater. Warranty clearly states that defective units will be repaired or replaced after receiving an RMA. Nothing doing at #1528. You can get a prorated store credit or be told to leave with nothing.

Staff was really helpful with my purchase of a pellet grill. Helped me get the grill and grill accessories to the counter and helped load it into my vehicle. Overall just really friendly and helpful staff.

Never seen so many miserable employees on the floor. No one was helpful in trying to find a simple product. I felt they could not be bothered. What's up with this particular store? At least the cashier was nice.

I always have the best experience when I shop at this Home Depot. Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly and always helpful. The store is clean and there is good signage so easy to find things despite how big it is.

This store, in particular, is easy to shop, there are personnel to help you and I know the store well.

This is the best run HD we have ever been to. The employees are always very pleasant and professional, and will always stop what they're doing to help. The store is clean, well stocked, and appears to be managed very well. Even though it's not the most convenient hardware/home improvement store, the aforementioned makes us go out of our way to come here.

I had an excellent experience in the lumber department with Wayne! Very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient! I appreciated the time he took to help me find the perfect pieces of wood for my project, and the precise cuts he made! He was working with Aaron, who kindly offered to pull the wood pieces, and take the less than perfect ones out of the bunch so I could make the best decision. I really appreciated all of the help I received and feel very good about the choices I made with their assistance. Great experience. Need help? Find Wayne or Aaron! Excellent Customer Service Experience!

From walking in the door to checking out everyone at this store is very helpful and friendly.

The employees are knowledgeable and kind. The store is well laid out and stocked. I go out of my way to go to this home Depot.

Great service Zach was so helpful in Tool Rental. He helped me with a floor sander and made sure we had everything we needed and helped me get the sander to my car and from my car when I returned it. He also showed me how to work it. I will not go back to Lowe’s. Home Depot is where I will go from now on.

Convenient location, most of the employees are knowledgeable, polite and helpful! Inventory is very good.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with carpet installation. Delayed delivery and NO NOTIFICATION, so we moved furniture for 2 days as instructed but neither the store nor installation company bothered to tell us that carpet had not arrived as scheduled 5 DAYS PRIOR. The store blames the installation company, installation company is blaming the store, associates are rude and impatient, and NO ONE is taking accountability or addressing the issue without my daily involvement. For a $4,000+ purchase I would expect some customer service. STILL WAITING and hoping that this project comes through and Home Depot makes things right. Currently scheduled to be done 5 WEEKS after purchase date.

The store I was shopping at and almost always do is the 6000 Gun Club rd. Aurora, Co 80016

This location is MUCH cleaner and organized than other local Home Depots. Staff are always friendly.

I always shop at this store. I would like to say, if you buy a washer and dryer make sure they actually have it in stock.
