I walk in with unsatisfied client because she didn't liked the color she pick ones on the wall and Megan took us to the board so she can choose again and she spend at least 1 hour going back and forth until she was satisfied and during the conversation she sold 4 more gallons of paint 2 for the garage floor and 2 more for another project. walking in there i had work for 1 week and amazingly walk out with 2 weeks so Megan sold for the store but also sold for me!!!! THANKS MEGAN.

ROCKY IS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THE FLOORING DEPARTMENT. THIS MADE IT EASY FOR A DO IT URSELFER LIKE ME. THANKS FOR HIRING THE RIGHT STAFF.

Debra was very helpful with my purchase of a BBQ Grill Gazebo at Home Depot. Lowe's claimed to have the same item at a lower price. When I got to Lowe's the store associate could not find the item. Disappointed, I went to Home Depot to look for the item. Upon arriving Debra from the Plumbing department assisted me in locating the item but at a higher price than Lowe's. She was able to quickly match the Lowe's price. She did a fine job expediting the sale and even assisted me with loading the item in my truck. This kind of service will ensure I will return to Home Depot for future purchases.

Home Depot is THE store for DIY and contractors. I use them all the time. Couldn't be in business without them. Thanx, guys!!!

Purchased a lawnmower. Customer service desk was quick to assist and provide helpfulness in getting the best possible price for the item i purchased. After purchasing, staff used ramps to push my new mower unto the truck. Was in and out in less than a 1/2 an hour. Thanks everyone!

For your hardware needs in a clean friendly environment, this is the place to visit. It is not the large mega store size, but carry's a good selection of products. Checkout is a breeze with friendly Betty. Parking entry and exit is very convenient.

Without going into too much detail, I went to home depot to purchase an item that was out of stock. Kenny assisted me and did everything to he could to put together a complete unit with the floor unit and a damaged unit in storage. Didn't work. Was informed that 4 new units were supposed to be delivered to this store over the weekend. However, when trying to prepay for the unit, (CORI assisted me) we could not find any information (via SKU # or model #) on homedepot.com. So I could not order or pay for the unit. Could not ever verify for 100% certainty that it was going to be in stock over the weekend. KENNY found and offered me an upgraded unit a discount. Bottom line, my visit to home depot took over an hour, but KENNY and CORI went waaaaay past my (and anyone's) customer service expectations!!!! They have completely earned my business from now on!

My latest visit to the store was a very pleasant one. Angela, who was the associate that helped me was professional, relatable, and patience with me.

I am a frequent shopper at this store and have always found the associates to be friendly and helpful. I usually exchange a little banter with the greeter when they ask me if I need directions,I will reply that I know the store way too well. Just kidding But I do spend a lot of time here.

The customer service and friendliness of sales associates is 5 Star!

Store was as expected. Associate in lumber department was not as knowledgable regarding products as I would have liked, but he was helpful in completing my search.

Great store for finding DIY parts and supplies. Clean, with a friendly work force with your satisfaction in mind. Plenty of associates to steer you in the right direction.

Trina & Millie are ROCKSTAR employees!! They both took their time to help me in what I needed and didn't quit until they helped me!!! They went over and beyond the call of duty!!! You need more employees like these two ladies!!!!

Associate in gardening was extremely helpful in our decision as to which lawn tractor to purchase, In his usual fashion, management was there with his friendly and accommodating assistance with anything we needed! The forklift operator and loading dock associates were very helpful and friendly! Thanks for the awesome!

Tobby at the customer service desk was very knowledgeable and courteous. It was a flawless and efficient trip to the store.

Was looking for a replacement for a sliding door handle. Had to look for an associate for help. The associate covering the dept. was very helpful in choosing a reasonable replacement. The type we were looking for was no longer carried in the store, but there was the possibility of special ordering one. It was needed immediately, so we went with the one in the store. With some adjustments, the handle we choose worked.

I was in and out in a flash, the girl at the Service Desk was helpful, fast and very friendly

I went in thinking I needed a storm door but Daniel in the doors and windows department showed me a product I didn't even know existed with a retractable screen door. This way I was able to get a spring and summer evening breeze AND NOT obstruct my front door (as I like to hang wreaths of varying types all year long). Daniel was effusive in his enthusiasm. I am hard to impress from a customer service standpoint and hit the mark.

I love Home Depot. Of all the stores I go in, I have the most fun browsing around Home Depot. I love my local associates they are usually spot on. When they aren't, they readily get the one who is. It is a great place with a real sense of family and support. A tremendous store and a tremendous team.

I was in the tree department and saw a Home Depot employee coming toward me. I asked him if he could help me and he said, "Of course, how can I help you?" He loaded the tree in my basket and then offered to push the basket. He then continued to assist me with several other questions regarding products. He never acted too busy and was very professional and knowledgeable about all the products. He never divulged that he was the Assistant Store Manager. He smiled and was very friendly during this entire shopping experience. How nice to have someone in management help a customer and not act like they were too good or busy to help. BRAVO David Lawrence!! I'll be back!! This Awesome Customer Service is why I have shopped Home Depot for the last 40 years!!

This store was dirty and woefully cluttered merchandise blocking all isles.

I visit this store at least twice every month. They always have what I need, or have ideas for remodeling and decorating. The store is clean and organized and the staff are always helpful. I also love that I can bring my dog, she loves visiting also

I can get help from a associate easily, that saved me a lots of time.
