I PURCHESED HARD WOOD FLOORING AND INSTALLED BY HOME DEPO, GREAT JOB. DID NOT HAVE TO CHASED THE A CONTRACTOR OR DEAL WITH A CONRACTORS HEADACH. THE GUYS KNEW THIER JOB WELL. I AM VERY STISFIED WITH STORE EMPLYEE TO HEL ME THROUGH THIS BIG JOB. THANK YOU MIKE THE EXPEDITOR.

Awesome experience on Veterans Day. I went into the store for a "pocket door" and had only a general idea of where to find it. We didn't know what it would really look like so we started our search in the door section. A store employee approached us and ask if we needed assistance. He then escorted us directly to the product and saved us time searching. This may not seem like a special to some but I find this employees awareness and knowledge to be an example of the quality employees that are working at this store. He was very aware that we were searching and needed assistance and approached us. He then knew exactly what we were looking for and escorted us directly to it. That is what makes shopping at a Home Depot a real pleasure. Often some many people enter a store of that size and waste time searching. You guys make it less stressful and less time consuming. Thank you!

There seems to be the average amount of people previously in the trade, however, the staff are still eager to help and make sure he questions are fully answered. My shopping decisions are supported and without judgement and the staff seem genuinely empathetic to my problem of the day (frozen pipes, running toilet, etc.) I may not be known by name, but it doesn't matter. The management here is obviously treating their people decently because the staff are consistently friendly to a degree I know the staff care about me and know my projects.

STORE was clean, employees helpful except the Mgr-Mark. I had an exchange on a door, that I purchased 2 days prior. It was scratched and I did not notice when I bought it. While at c/s desk he tells me -we would not sell a door like that. I asked hi. If thought I was trying to rip him off for 29 bucks. He gave me a attitude while the clerk processed the exchange. I spent more money on other items, and when I checked out told the CS clerk, I found another damaged door that the mgr said they would not sell. I left it standing in the aisle so it could be seen. I came home cut up my HD card and will use LOWES OR CURTIS LUMBER

Great support from Jeff (Pro Desk service the Lumber Dept). We are do-it-yourselfers. Jeff gave us great info about suitability of handrail/fence materials and styling. He guided us to select all of the right components so that we avoided return trips to buy something else or to exchange incorrect items. The project looks great, improves the curb appeal and safety of our home. Store is equipped with motorized carts so that everyone can browse and shop with ease and dignity. Go to the Saratoga Springs Home Depot for your home repair, supply and decorating needs. Also, great pricing on kitchen, laundry and cleaning supplies. Shop there!

The products I wanted were conveniently available, fairly priced and the people were friendly and helpful.

I shop at this store frequently and have always had a positive experience. The product on the shelf is well maintained and the associates are helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

If in the store and you use customer service to do an on line purchase use a credit card only. If you have cash and they suggest a gift card the money is that stores forever (can't use cash for an on line purchase). Fine if you get the product you ordered but if the wrong one is sent and you want your cash back...not happening, not policy, you get a store credit which can't be used on line, and if you're lucky someone will go to bat for you and manage a store gift card that can be used on line or in the store, but this is done through 'corporate'....your money is now theirs.....I am sure this is not specific to this store....better not be.....

We had a positive experience buying our new washer and dryer. Miles was very helpful answering any questions we had.

The staffing is ample to help customers like me find the things I need. There are always staff available to ask. I love that since I almost always need help or have questions.

Store was clean and neat, service rep was great; he helped me find the paint I needed and took care of me right away. I bought the Marquee paint and it is wonderful. One gallon was enough for the whole room because it covered completely.

Customer service is always available and even if you are not lost, someone is always asking if you have found everything ok or if you need help. Cashiers have always been very friendly as well.

Easy in and out. Always have what I'm looking for and if you are a Military Veteran and have a DOVA ID card, you can save 10% on your purchase. The fact that this store respects my Military Service by providing me with a discount will keep me coming back!

THE ASSOCIATES IN THIS STORE WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL IN THE APPLIANCE DEPARTMENT IT WAS A VERY PLEASANT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IN THE SARATOGA STORE

The store was full of willing and able employees to assist you. There were free samples for water testing and there were cookies , donuts and candy nice gesture...The cashier gave us a discount because our product was missing the correct sku # !! A very good overall experience will be back to purchase flooring in the near future.
