Someone always greets you, employees stop what they are doing to help you and if need be find what you are looking for. COMPARED to the other Big Box competition which treat you more as a "oh I have to work now, or just treat you like it is a big disturbance to help you.... No One speaks to you ! I can continue but ......

Team members always greet me, knowledgeable about inventory and location of it in the store.Very helpful and good attitudes.

Mr Gary and Anne Marie was very nice and very helpful. I was very impressed with their service.

Artie in customer no-service is an absolute monster who has zero interest in helping anyone and seems to enjoy talking down to people. I have no idea how this woman is still employed. I watched her berate and abuse a gentleman trying to make a return for about 10 solid minutes today. She is a fun-sponge of pure evil. I pity her customers and her co-workers.

Sales Cashier Kiara, was happy and so nice; she had what I needed waiting at the service desk. I even had 2 young men load it for me. Amazing customer service! Cya in appliances was awesome too. She tried to located what I needed, unfortunately y'all were out of stock. Because of service I will wait for y'all to get in. Thanks again.. Amazing employees!!!!!!

The sale associates are always helpful whenever I visit this store. If I cannot find where something is, the associates are very helpful with this. The checkout clerks come to your assistance as soon as you walk into their checkout lane. I always enjoy my visits there and will be returning.

Ms. Kayla in the kitchen appliance area addressed all of my questions and reviewed options on her computer with me. I was very impressed with the service she provided. She highlighted all of the shipping, installation, and warranty information / codes I will need to lookup information regarding the product and receiving. She was very patient and helped me find the best price for the specific product I was looking for.

Store is conveniently located in Baton Rouge near most housing neighborhoods. The customer service was fast and accurate the first time. This shows the employees are eager, ready, and want to do what they are three for.

I've been shopping the #0370 Baton Rouge Home-Depot for a number of years now - 'going back & forth' < depending on needs, and/or advertising Specials > and find that most of the employees at Home Depot 'tend to be more helpful' than the one's at your competitor < 'not mentioning any names' of course.> This isn't always the case, but in most cases they're positive, and I know there's going to be a couple personalities that aren't compatible with meeting & greeting customers ( in the public) unfortunately. But Home-Depot should be pleased with the manner in which their Store Employees (#0370) are carrying out their duties at this location. Realizing 'how a customer is treated' during his or her shopping experience at Home Depot < by your employees > will depend highly on the frequency they shop and make return visits to your location. Mine have been very positive ! Thank you.

This location is my Home Depot of choice in Baton Rouge. Great selection of products and clean store, inside and out (parking lot). The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. Great experiences with the paint mixing staff, where i usually have the most questions.
