THE STORE EMPLOYEE (I think his name was Rob... Jamaican accent) went over & beyond expectations to give me suggestions and find a particular part that I needed. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

I've done quite a lot of business here and the staff is consistently helpful. If there's a problem, the Managers address it quickly. The store is clean and organized.

I've been very impressed with Jonafer Mills in all my dealings with him, both in the store and by phone. He is always courteous, friendly, and helpful.

Employees in general are quite helpful and knowledgable about product locations.

Make sure you know where the products are located because you wil not receive any help. I had to ask 4 people in order to locate hydrollic oil. Poor customer service

This HD is very clean, organized, the team members are very helpful and willing to help. This is my go-to HD since I moved right down the street. I use the Pro section of HD and have trusted the contractors that HD puts me in touch with. HD always follows up with a phone call to make sure I have been contacted and my project was complete to my satisfaction. I just love HD!!

Mr. Kenny, in the plumbing department, went over and beyond the call of duty! I am a single mom who needed help with my dryer hose connection. His first comment was "let me figure this out as if it were my home"...that right there showed me just the kind of sweet and humble man he was. Needless to say, I was drying clothes within an hour! Kudos to Mr. Kenny!

This Home Depot is a lot better organized then the one on Coursey Blvd. However they need to do a lot better job at organizing the small fittings and connectors in the plumbing dept. . Nothing seems to be in the right box and they are out of lots of popular fittings. This is primarily because nothing is in the right bin.

This is the friendliest store in the area. I felt that my time was valuable to the workers there. Zach made sure I had everything I needed

Associate LaJuana Carminer was very helpful and friendly..She made me laugh and smile when i was very aggravated. She went out of her way to help me. I really appreciate that. I will definitely return and shop here.

Business is too good at this Home Depot ! The few employees on the floor were either overloaded helping customers or standing around as if they were waitng on a street car to show up. We bought a sack of lime which was totally ruined by moisture. There is a pallet of lime n the back of the garden center that needs to be thoroughly examined for defective mercahandise.

We were greeted by multiple associates and the store was so clean and smelled fresh. When we needed help the associate in the department was right there with the knowledge and help to find just what the job called for. When we went from one department to another the associates always greeted us and asked if they could be of help! Miss Marie our cashier asked us how everything was and if we found everything ok.....she was the icing on the cake and topped off a great experience .

Store was great and most employees very helpful. My cashier had an attitude.

Stay away from customer service. If you do be prepare to thank them for doing there job.

This store is amazing. I received outstanding customer service from the Home Depot team.Debra and Pam in appliances, Rafael in flooring, Shaderia in custoner services were all amazing.They were knowledgable and patient with me. I will back in my home in no time because of them assisting me.

Your store is a mess. Please shut it down, clean it up, and then reopen it when aisles are free of debris in and merchandise.

After flooding in August 2016, this particular store went above and beyond to accomodate me at a most trying time each and every visit i made for supplies and purchases.

The associates there were very helpful and polite. They readily directed me to the section I needed and assisted at the self checkout line with my purchases. If there wasn't a location closer to my home, this is where I'd shop.

Hands Down best the selection and customer service/quality of employees out of any HD in BR!

Terrible customer service. Associates in the store could not answer the most simple questions regarding anything in a hardware store. They could easily answer where every other associate had lunch or what time they got off work because they were all just hanging around like a big social hour.
