Terrible customer service. Associates in the store could not answer the most simple questions regarding anything in a hardware store. They could easily answer where every other associate had lunch or what time they got off work because they were all just hanging around like a big social hour.

All employees today took pride in their knowledge and work. Very refreshing in such a stressful time in Baton Rouge and surrounding parishes. Thank you Home Depot staff for a job well done.

If you can get in and get out without need assistance or the manager to do her job you will be ok. And God forbid you leave a message for actual store manager. He is fictional and never returns your call.

We are remodeling our bathrooms and were at a loss for picking décor, etc. Everyone there was as helpful as can be especially Dejuan and Dru! We couldn't have done it without them. There is not a time we have gone into this location and been greeted by a staff member and waiting to help you pave the way.

I didn't see the a/c filters at first and another salesperson pointed to where they were. Picked them up, did self checkout and I was in and out in 10-15 minutes.

Building a 200' privacy fence this weekend and needed lumber and Quikrete. I called the store, Bonita took my order over the phone and my items will be delivered tomorrow. The nominal delivery fee well worth the price and is saving me from multiple trips in my truck to Home Depot and a big backache from unloading. Thank you Home Depot!

I needed some assistance verifying the price which was different from the floor model and the associate was very helpful and patient while checking various prices for me. Checkout was fast. I purchased a ceiling fan and I am very satisfied with my purchase it looks great had it installed the day after I purchased.

Got to the store with paint to mix and buy new. The associate mixed my paint and shook it and the ones I had. Wile he was mixing I went and got base board and crown molding. Got in and out in a flash. Good store Rob.

I wanted to leave a review to say how much I appreciated the help I received from the associates at this Home Depot. It was late about 8:45 p.m. People were in restocking mode to get ready for the next day. I was greeted when I walked in, then asked if I needed help. I was shown where to find my item and then a third person helped me once I got close to where the item actually was. They even handed it to me. All this when it was 15 minutes till closing and everyone looked busy getting ready for the next day. I appreciated all the help I received. Thanks!

Within the past few years this store has become a pleasure to shop. The manager and associates are very friendly and helpful.

I thought i can never find what i need. but i went to the store and loved that there was a guy helping me. it was the best experience. i should just give more trust to the store in future. anything i need for home i believe i can find it in the store.

I was shopping very early and was in a hurry because I had someone doing work at my house. The cashier at the return desk was not busy and saw I was ready to check out. She offered to check me out. She did so very quickly and friendly. I was on my way home in no time flat. Thanks to the Return Desk Cashier.

As often as I'm in this store, to finish a variety of project, I always enjoy the knowledgeable employees. Whether it was fixing a pipe in the kitchen or reupholstering a chair most material were purchased here.

Helped out by Sonya regarding a washer that I need to return. She was very helpful and went beyond my expectations.

The store was, as usual, very clean and well staffed. I had no trouble locating the items for which I was shopping. I will return to this store in the future.
