Very happy with the service we received in the appliance department. We purchased a washer and dryer after returning the same products to Lowe's because they could not get a complete delivery to us in over 4 weeks after purchase. Our only complaint was that a person at the service desk that would not take the time to help us with a special request. The appliance department clerk went out of her way to make sure that our request was fulfilled.

The store was very clean. Great shopping experience.

This store is awesome. The associates always greet me when I walk in, they ask if I need help, and always take me to what I am looking for. They are knowledgeable, and very kind.

The store was very well put together, everything was easy to find and if you could not there was always someone there to help right away

I purchased several pieces of lumber and 80lb concrete bag mix. No associate offered to help me to load on the orange cart or load into my trailer. They did have several associates watch me do it!

The product I went in to buy was just where the website said it would be, so I did not have to wander around looking for it. Store was very clean one orderly.

I saw an ad online for LED light bulbs at the lowest price I have ever seen. Ordered online and picked up at the store. Very easy!!!!!

Looking to purchase a lawn mower, Ben was very helpful, I asked many questions and he was able to answering, the one question he couldn't answer not from lack of trying was an oil filter number/part look up, turns out it wasn't in the manual but we ended up finding it. Overall wonderful experience

The store associate (Anne Marie) made the visit to Home Depot for my wife and I very successful and enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable about paint and how to supply us with the paint we needed. Without doubt, when we go to Home Depot for paint we will always seek her assistance. We plan to get concrete stain and she has already offered information. Bottom line is when we go to get our concrete stain, we are going to Anne Marie.

I had a great experience when I went to purchase more tiles for a renovation project in my kitchen. Teinesha Holmes was just OUTSTANDING in staying with me as the other store disconnected us twice, and put us on a long hold. Teinesha made sure I got what I needed, and had the other store pull the merchandise having it ready for me to get. The other store didn't even offer to help load the heavy boxes. Teinesha Holmes was OUTSTSANDING.

Hardware associate helped me find a solution to a problem I have worked on for weeks. He literally walked the store w me to find the right materials. The Dude was awesome. Knew his stuff !!

Riding mowers were covered in rain water and seats are faded from sunlight. They appeared to be worn out before they are even sold to the customers.

It is so hard to find things in Home Depot. Why is WD-40 next to the chains in the tool department? The layout is horrible. The last 2 times I visited this store, there was only 1 cashier open. I will go out of my way to go to Lowe's. Just being honest about my feelings.

We finally found what we were looking for at this Home Depot after trips to 2 other stores. The staff was extremely helpful and we were in and out in a shorter period of time than we expected! I wished we lived closer to this store so we could shop there regularly, We had our 2 1/2 year old grandson with us and he really enjoyed ou our to the 'tool store'!

This HD Was very disorganized the associates had no clue what was available for example o customer aked (female) for a specific item immediately she said its not in stock customer replied do you know what I'm asking for? Not sure what dept she was working in she was all over the place customers would ask a question she would ask someone else to help the customer she was Helpless I'm not sure if she knew what her job was. Michael,Cashier, and the gentlemen that carried my purchase out to my vehicle were the only ones on this day that gave 110% these three all helped customers on this day. they need recognized im in the entertainment industry we spend a lot of money at various HD around the US and this particular one was the most unorganized I've shopped. and I've been in some pretty bad HD

I was extremely pleased with the help I received in the outside Garden Center from an older gentleman named Don. He assisted me in locating a different size & color Hibiscus tree inside the back of the garden center. I had found only 1 Hibiscus tree that I wanted to purchase outside in the parking lot, and was searching for another exact tree. He was very friendly and asked me if I needed help with a smile. He then proceeded to walk me inside the garden center and show me exactly where a larger selection was available. He totally took care of me, and was quite pleased to help me. I could tell he enjoyed his job very much. I definitely will look for him again next time I return to buy more garden supplies or plants. Awesome Job!
