When I went in one day, not thinking about a air-condition, and the gentleman , told us out the system, and the very next day, some one called and the next day had it installed, very fast service, accouple of problems but they did come back right away. nice and friend, the did a great job we where very happy, a lot of money , but it is ok. We are very happy 100 %.

the team is very helpful, considerate, understanding, knowledgeable, patient. and most of all approach all questions as if they weren't a "dumb question" Ralph Campbell is an indispensable asset for this facility on many occasions i have stumbled through the aisles aimlessly with a honey do list, he has always stepped up consoled me on my quest gave me what i needed regarded supplies and set me on my way!

Let me start by saying the reason why this particular Home Depot gets a 5 star review on this occasion is the customer service of two employees. The first is Eric, he is a sales associate. Not only is Eric C. extremely knowledgeable, he is kind and courteous. He went above and beyond what was necessary to make certain we had exactly what we wanted. The second is Britt, a manager who took care of a problem by providing exceptional customer service when we encountered an employee with an attitude problem.

Save time. Ask the staff, they are knowledgeable, and helpful !!!!

Home Depot in Spring Hill really stepped up to the plate during this difficult and frightening time of the virus effecting not only Florida but around the world. They took extreme measures to keep both the employees and the patrons safe. Most of all, we were able to almost complete the " Honey To Do List" -- thank you HD!

The new curb side pickup is a great alternative to shopping inside the store. Just go online to buy the items you want, receive your email confirmation to pickup the items, go to the store, park in the curb side pickup location, call the store, they bring your items straight to your car. Easy peasy.

Griselda (GiGi) at the customer service - returns desk is a fantastic employee. She makes all customers feel special and treats everyone with kindness and respect. She goes out of her way to make sure we have everything we need during our visit. GiGi gives information and suggestions on products and projects that we are looking for. She also called the department for a sales person on the floor to further assist us in our project. GiGi also noticed us on our way out of the store and made sure we found everything and all our questions were answered. What a wonderful person and great example of what customer service really is.

I have shopped in this store many, many times, as it is quite local to my home and I do generally prefer The Home Depot to other stores of this type. In my experiences at this store, I have usually found the employees to be helpful and the cashiers to be especially polite and friendly. Until a few visits that I have made there recently. I placed a fairly significant order for new windows for my home as well as two pairs of French doors for my patio and a new front door. These were all custom orders, and I was required to come back to pick them up about 2 weeks later. At that time a dealt with "Mary" at the customer service desk., and was very surprised to treated so rudely by her. When this occurred, I did remember speaking to her at the time of my check out when I placed the original order, and recalled that she was less than polite at that time as well. I did not report this at that time, nor would I have. It was not until I had deal with "Mary" again after this to pick up another portion of my order and was treated even more rudely than before, that I felt compelled to speak up somehow. I take very seriously a person's livelihood and would not easily report an employee. However, when I am spending thousands of dollars at a store I would hope to be treated politely at the least, and this was definitely not the case and it was repeated by this one person a number of times.

Home Depot has always been the store we shop at for all our lumber needs. My husband is a wood worker. But on this particular visit on 3/11/2020 is wasn't a pleasant visit. The normal friendly associates weren't very friendly. Beverly the cashier has a very poor attitude and makes snippy remarks. She is also very unfriendly. Her attitude is very unprofessional and from this last visit I will no longer shop at this home depot for our lumber needs. She made us feel unwelcome and like we were a bother to her. Which is unfortunate because most of the time the associates are over the top friendly and helpful.

In general the store is great, but occasionally it takes much longer than it should to find help in any particular aisle.

I am disabled, so projects are very difficult for me. I am also new to the area, but Home Depot is well loved, so I dropped in. I had a closet shelving project to do, and couldn’t find the right sizes in pre-made shelving, so I ended up in lumber. Daniel and Ken showed me a few options, took me to other areas for additional items for my project, made some good recommendations, cut my lumber, took it to the cashier, and loaded my car!!! Full service!!! I highly recommend this Home Depot for anyone looking for good, knowledgeable, friendly employees!

I rarely leave the store without finding what I came for. I often find useful items that I hadn't been looking for. Help is always easy to find and the associates have an amazing amount of product knowledge. Even my wife likes to go with me to see all the decorating merchandise.

I really like the way your sales staff is so informed and educated in the products you sell. Anytime we need paint or tools we run to Home Depot. We have been in the store on Commercial Way in Spring Hill, Florida so many times they know us by name.

Deb in paint did an amazing job helping us find a beautiful color to match our home. She went above and beyond to help us customize our color by mixing it multiple times. We had to match between different colors schemes which made it a challenging task. Deb really is knowledgeable about her job. She is a master in mixing and coordinating colors.

The store in general is great to visit - even if you are there to browse to think about any future projects (honey do list)

I go here for most anything I've needed for the last 17 years... with no returns on any major appliances I will be going across the street now. NO RETURNS ! (Unless its defective and called in within 48 hours of delivery). I like the idea that if I am going to pay for a major appliance, get it delivered and its not exactly what I needed I have options. The refrigerator I recently purchased was a two month (and 3 technician visits) ordeal of the door alarm going off randomly all hours of the day and night. The temporary fix consisted taping the sensor shut, which I did to shut the alarm off. Over $1000.00 for a refrigerator and I'm taping parts to make it work... not impressed, not able to return...just starting kitchen upgrade.... will go elsewhere.

Was extremely happy with our shopping experience today at the Spring Hill store. One of your associates made our trip very pleasant indeed. His name is Sean Fuller and he went out of his way to help us with everything we needed. Good job Sean.

The employees in this store are always ready, willing and able to help. If I have a problem there is always someone that has an idea and is willing to share their experience. Great people here.

Hernando County has thousands of non owner occupied homes and many with out of state owners. I'm sure it's annoying to have to work with someone over the phone, but that is part of doing business. I found the carpet and pad I wanted on line and called the store to order the carpet and arrange for the measure. After the measure was complete I tried to verify that the order was correct, specifically for the padding. I've had this experience before where they delivered and installed the wrong pad and I wanted to be sure that didn't happen again. The receipt I received had just a generic description but nothing that indicated this was what I ordered. The store SKU number shown on line did not match what was being ordered. The price was not what was quoted or what was on line. Three times I called Vickie and she was with customers and said she would call me back but never did. The last time I called I talked with a young man and was told that the SKU numbers never match, I asked if they could use the internet and look at the picture of what I wanted and see if that is what is ordered and the gentleman refused saying 'I have your invoice in front of me and it's right'. I don't know how he can tell, there is only a generic description, he said they don't have it in the store so he doesn't know what it looks like, and the SKU and Model numbers were different. But he's right, I'm stupid and annoying, and I've been put in my place. I've been in Home Depot a number of times and they can pull up their website from any terminal so I don't know what the big deal is. I just wanted him to look at the picture of what I ordered and make sure that is what the order is. To be honest, I don't know what I'm going to be getting delivered, but I'll be there and will refuse it if it isn't what I want. This is part of the reason most people shop on line, because there is no such thing as customer service. I don't deserve this when I'm spending my hard earned money in your store!
