Very helpful staff who were very friendly. Store was very clean. Check out was easy.

I've read some negative feedback about employees at this location but that's not been my experience for my last four trips. I've met very helpful sales associates in electrical, plumbing, tools and paint departments.

Nice staff. Good stock,, normally. Place tends to be a bit untidy and disorganized at times, but I know these people work hard. End cap displays and front end displays need some cleaning and freshening up. Convenient location, good parking, and someone is always there to welcome you. Service area is cluttered and all the machines are usually covered with a film of dust. Seems to be short staffed at times. The Home Depot corporate is awfully sluggish in responding to employment applications.

As a homeowner I have always shopped at Home depot and been satisfied with the West Roxbury store. But currently I am renovating my kitchen and have been practically living at Home Depot and the service and help I have received has been exceptional and exemplary. Everyone at the West Roxbury store from the moment you walk into the store to the end when you go to the cashier it is a very blissful experience. And for cabinets, granite and other kitchen everyone and I mean everyone should ask for John. He is the best and very experienced and professional :)
