Usually can get everything I need very quickly

When I was carrying a heavy bucket passing the contractor cashier, he offered to cash me out there. Later when I was finished shopping the regular cashier helped me get my veterans discount.

Best customer service ever! So helpful with all my projects!

Leah Ortiz was my specialist today. After I told her my story about my cat she knew exactly what I needed. It worked out really well. Leah is an example of what every company should have as an employee.

I used to enjoy spending time at Home Depot - West Roxbury; the staff is fairly helpful; the garden center is top shelf; and the store was usually well-stocked. But lately, it looks very dirty. The Men's Restroom appears to be a public health hazard! This chain makes enough money that it can invest a little money in the upkeep of its store!!!

I was charged the wrong price for an item and when I complained the price wasn’t honored as it should have been

Maureen H. went out of her own way to assist me. I saw her greet many customers at one of the entrances as they’re were 2 more others and asking them if they need assistance. Te kind of floor manager everyone needs to show the new employees this is how it’s done. When I walked her way, she greeted me and asked me if I needed assistance and I said yes. She found the product and I was happy with the purchase

I went to buy Old English scratch removers but could not find any. So I picked up an unknown brand and went to the customer service to see what the customer reviews are like on that product and see if they offer Old English on line. The customer service manager(first name initial L) stopped his collegue from doing that for me. Instead he told me to go home and search online. There was no line behind me.
