Went in to buy a new grill and cover to be assembled and delivered. Jaidalyn and Andrea were incredibly helpful to me and each other while they battled with the order system which was not initially giving them what they knew I needed. Long story short…together they figured it out and we all had some good laughs along the way!!! Fantastic customer experience…and I rarely write online reviews…but these two lovely ladies made a big impression on me and this little review is the least I can do to show my appreciation!!! Thank You Jaidalyn and Andrea!!! Keep smiling and laughing!!!

I like Home Depot over the competition for many reasons. The stores are clean, and well stocked. They staff in the store don’t grunt at you when you ask for help, in fact they usually ask me if I need help. My one complaint is checkout. You’re lucky if they have a live cashier at the main checkout. I don’t mind self checkout but when three of the self checkouts are down I have a problem with that. You can do better.

If your in the market for an appliance in the West Roxbury store, make sure you ask for Nancy 5 star service. ...

Horrible experience. Cashier was useless and when asked for a manager, brought me over to another cashier, not a manager.

Javad was our sales associate who helped is in two large appliance purchases. You should train every saes associate to be like javad. He was the best home depot employee I've ever bought from. He was courteous, warm, knowledgeable, efficient and enjoyable to interact with. If there are additional bonuses for Christmas please ensure javad receives an extra bonus. Truly the best shopping experience with him

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at this location. I came in with a screw I needed to match and, admittedly, I’m not well-versed in hardware, so I asked for assistance. The associate at the front desk put out a call for a hardware employee to meet me in aisle 13. After waiting for 10 minutes with no one showing up, I went back to the front and asked again. Another 10 minutes passed before someone finally arrived—only for them to help another customer who had just arrived, before me. When I finally got their attention, the employee was shockingly unknowledgeable. They didn’t know where to find anything or even how to properly identify the screw I had brought in. While we were still trying to figure it out, another customer interrupted, and instead of finishing with me, the employee told me the store didn’t carry what I needed and walked off with the other customer to help them instead. Thankfully, another hardware employee eventually came by. He used the sizing tool available in the aisle (something the first person never bothered with) and within two minutes he had located exactly what I needed. So it was in stock the whole time, and all of the wasted time and poor service could have been avoided if the first employee had done their job correctly. Altogether, I wasted over 20 minutes waiting to be ignored, dismissed, and misinformed—only to have the actual solution take less than 2 minutes. To make matters worse, when I asked to speak with a manager at the front desk, I was told I couldn’t. I don’t know if that’s actually true, or if the staff simply didn’t want me to report the poor service I experienced, but either way it left an even worse impression. Home Depot is supposed to be a place where customers can get the help they need, especially when it comes to specialized hardware items. Instead, I felt dismissed, undervalued, and outright ignored. The contrast between one competent employee and the rest of the staff I interacted with was night and day. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable for a store of this size and reputation.

My shopping at Home Depot West Roxbury was great.

I enjoy walking thru the large outdoor parking lot garden of plants at the Roxbury Ma Home Depot. The plant variety is huge and often the prices are just right.

I purchased a large item (base cabinet) that I could handle with some difficulty but was offered assistance both in the store and in the parking lot without even asking for it.

I bought an item from the store on Sunday and on Monday it was on sale on Home Depot website, tried to ask for price match. No, they won’t price match their online price.

Worst experience ever at Home Depot. I love shopping at Home Depot but the experience I get every time I giva a chance to this specific store is a nightmare. Employees are rude, they are not interested in serving and helping the costumers at any time. Something is off at this store and it has been going on for a while. Forget about trying to rent a van here! Despite you will see two to three trucks in the parking lot, only one van is available and if you are that lucky to manage booking one (online only because people at the store have no idea at all about its availability), be prepared to to have Home Depot cancelling your reservation at any time out of nowhere, even one hour before your pick-up time! Awful store

Need better Customer service, while assisting on the sale floor and taking care of the customer in alligned with one of the company goals.

I love coming here to get the supplies for my home projects. The coolest, most helpful team of Managers and associates work at the West Roxbury Home Depot.

Any time that I have gone into this store I have always been able to get help for the employees from finding items to assisting in getting items and help moving them around.

Couldn't find an item and 3 employees went out of their routine and found the item for me. Also held it for a day and the assistance I got to even load it up was on point. Big shout out to the store...

Waited a kind time for assistance while staff was just chatting with other co workers. Went to seek out assistance the department was paged multiple times. Once the stafff arrived to my location he was yelling at me hey!hey! Hey you need some help!!!’

i got ripped off by buying a half empty box

Bought special rodent repellent mint garbage bags and are so happy to find them. Store is well stocked lovely with helpful knowledgeable employees
