Saba, the store manager, Michel and Nancy were really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the products in the appliance area. They made my shopping experience really pleasant and stress-free. I highly recommend the West Roxbury store.

I had a special order for kitchen cabinets. The cabinets look beautiful but the material is very cheap. The customer service is up to date

It was great to have an employee there to help customers with what items we were purchasing. I wish I knew her name. An older Caucasian woman and we were greatful for her help to achieve what we needed.

I was looking for a Fossett and an employee directed me to the correct aisle. I use the self check out and it was very easy to use and smooth process. I always like Home Depot because the employees are very helpful and friendly.

Returns are easy without hesitation. HD is a store I shop at often on-line and in-person. I am very satisfied with their home decor department!

I love the fact that this store is pet friendly! Plus it has a huge variety of items always in stock.

It is ten dollars more than the other brand since it can exhaust to a seven inch duct at the center, orrectangular duct above, rectangular to the wall, or recirculate back to the room after a filter. I believed the manual that it is a one person installation. It took me several hours alone. I picked it because its low air flow was less than others. I wanted quiter operaion. I cannot compare, but I am happy. It is one inch thinner than my old one. So I may have space for a nice gyro kebab. Just kidding.

About 98% of the time, women in your stores are “invisible”. We have to search for an employee if we need to find an item, or have a question. This is your reputation from coast to coast, and not merely my opinion.

It took them multiple times to get this order done correctly, despite my measurement being exact, I wasted an entire day of my time with multiple return trips despite having the correct measurements from the beginning.

I had an issue with the store when I call on hold no one ever picking up the phone . I talk with Nelson store manager very apologetic about the issue he made it up to me on my sale. I have said this before good help is hard to find and it’s everywhere and he made it up to me . That’s a good ware to be there and supported of the customer.

I was impressed just how nice the store looked. The time I spent there looking at the products..showed that this store carries anything & everything you would need. The staff was professional. Very helpful, & knowledgeable re: what I was looking for. Would definitely shop here again soon.

John Kelly in the hardware department is truly an asset to your team. He is an exemplary employee and human being. John helped us tremendously with a hardware question and he went above and beyond to make sure he found the right solution for us. Our problem was solved smoothly and professionally because of the efforts of John. He took the time to listen to us and was so thoughtful. I kindly ask that you pull John aside and praise him for his work ethic and wonderful customer service. Thank you.

Every time I go here with an urgent issue or just need some help, there is always someone to help me out. I am not very handy and ask a lot of stupid questions, but these folks here are patient and go out of their way to help me out.

It took over two hours to get a stocked item to the shelves for me to buy. Almost climbed a ladder myself…

This particular HomDep continues to be better in terms of cust service than the inner city SouthBay location (good luck getting reps to help you out there at S Bay)

If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, honest, helpful opinion as you shop for appliances, Nancy is your best bet. She helped me pick appliances for my two family home and I left feeling like I made the right choices at a great price.

I had the privilege of having Leah from the refrigerator appliance and Victoria from returns. Both ladies are extremely helpful and friendly. Not only did they go over and beyond to assist me, they were so accomodating with my dog and when I accidentally left my phone on the counter, they ran after me and made a point that I get it back. These employees are what makes Home Depot Roxbury the place to shop. Nowhere else for me!

We love the West Roxbury store as the staff is always so kind and courteous. Today’s visit was no exception. With Lea’s assistance, we easily found everything we were hoping to buy. Good people make for a good store and a great shopping experience.

I am not a hardware or construction related, knowledgeable person, and going into these kinds of stores usually gives me a little anxiety. The Home Depot customer service representative have managed to make my visit one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had (shout-out to Leah!) I felt like a VIP lol
