Excellent stores, very friendly, capable people ....good job!

Customer service cashiers were not knowledgeable of ongoing sales or how to implement military discount. Our checkout took almost an hour. Salesman was extremely knowledgeable on products and when he couldn’t answer a question he immediately got another salesperson to help. He was very charming and absolutely determined to ensure we got the best “FIT” for our needs, and also the best price. He was phenomenal!

First time visit to store. Never going back. Employees are lazy and unprofessional. Took almost an hour to pick up some stock that was ordered at another store. No one offered to help load the product into my vehicle. Store was not very busy at the time of the visit.

There are a ton of employees (mostly high school(ish) age); they run (literally) around the store playing games with each other and laughing. If they’re not doing that, they’re standing in the aisles singing and dancing. If you ask them something, they waste your time pretending like they know what they’re talking about or they try to ignore you and walk the other way. I asked a young man to help me find a certain kind of outlet and he didn’t know the difference between a regular outlet and a gfi (totally wasted my time but at least he didn’t ignore me?). I checked out with a black girl, with long pink braids a couple days ago who didn’t say one word to me, much less look at me!! RUDE!!!! Also, this is the messiest HD I’ve ever seen. There’s boxes of stock all over the place needing to be put away and yet the shelves are empty. Thank god for the HD app or else I wouldn’t have been able to find anything. The older adults who work there are kind and knowledgeable, the high schoolers are just taking up space, rude and worthless!

Everything is fine and acceptable. This transaction was the latest in a long list of items purchased at this store, and it wont be the last, since I have some major work to be done on my home and property.

I love the store. When I go with a list I am most likely to leave with 90% of what I came for. I am just always disappointed with the available items in store compared to online. I love to use the website to plan my visit by checking product availability locate information before I come in. But on more then 2 occasions what is listed as being available in store was not available and when I get an associate to assist me their computer states the same information that the item(s) are in stock. I have been told that the item(s) are unable to be located. I wish there was a way they can sort and locate there products better to prevent me from having to do multiple runs to the store. Or evening having to check the other home improvement stores.

with the social distancing rules it was difficult to communicate with staff. they did try to assist in fixing the errors but where unable to correct the problem. after waiting over an hour on Sunday with out any chairs to sit on and on Monday we brought a chair with us. as my wife and are over 75 years old.

This is a great store, with a very helpful staff. Even when it is busy as can be they handle the pressure very well. I've had a few occasions that items were not on the shelf and a SA was ready to help me get the product I need, or contact a near by store that had it in stock to hold it for me. This kind of service helps keep the job site moving forward.

The associates in appliances/ Home Improvement Department were very helpful and pleasant.

I always find what I need at this Home Depot. The staff are generally really nice and helpful.

These days it's hard to find great customer service, especially during the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. The staff at West Roxbury Home Depot are awesome! Always helpful when I visit. Nice job!

The store was clean and had all the product that I came to shop for, which I found w/ the help of the people on the floor, In this case Leah in the Plumbing Dept.

Everyone I worked with was very helpful starting with Natalia in Kitchen Design and Alyssa at the Service Desk, It has been a very positive experience.
