I live in the Dorchester area of Boston I always come to the West Roxbury store because of their great customer service there is one in particular customer service representative/ cashier name Delia she's always pleasant willing to help and does a great job.

could not get help in the carpet departmentand assistant manegers answer was Owell

i was in a wheel chair and staff was very helpful especially the gentleman in the pluming dept help me find the items i could not reach. the cashier Vera assisted me in filling out the credit card form. the staff treated me with respect and dignity.

Poor customer service! Skip this one! Go to Salem, Danvers, Saugus, Quincy!

Jack in the flooring department was extremely helpful in explaining the difference between flooring types and running estimates for me. I appreciated his patience in answering all my questions. He also helped me out with purchasing a window shade. The amount of assistance I was able to get really made a difference in my experience at this store.

Great customer service. Will be back again!

The customer service was wonderful and the cashier couldn't have been any nicer.

My order came in, and no one from Home Depot emailed nor called me. I called the store and found out my order had been sitting in the store for two days. However, Lenox was very friendly and helpful. He apologized on behalf of the store and even put the order into my car.

This particular Home Depot is a pleasure to visit. I visit this store throughout the year including holidays (Halloween for pumpkins, hay, etc), Christmas for wreaths and tress, etc. The staff is always friendly, welcoming and resourceful. I find the workers in each department very knowledgeable (and if they do now have the answer they go find it). The cashiers are also friendly. The folks at the customer services desk are very resourceful. I have worked with the contractors desk as well. The store is always need and tidy.

Be sure to price check your items because the posted price isn't always correct. You are then expected to pay for the incorrect price because they will give you a lesson on SKUs. This happened to me on three occasions, the first two, I paid the price and left, the third time, I told them no. That's when another rep. checked the price I saw and adjusted. This was after the previous cashier told me I had to pay the price for their mistake. Check your receipt.

My first interaction coming in to the store today was a very sarcastic and unhelpful employee that was by the hardware items. I went to the service desk asking about inventory at another store and David at the service desk went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for. Pamela at check out was also very helpful and ready to answer my questions. Their willingness to help is the the only reason I'll be back.

I needed to stop for something at the HomeDepot. Initially I considered passing by as it was a weekend(busy time) and thought I would flounder trying to fine the item I wanted. There were many associates available to help so it was a quick errand after all.

Store Cleanness, shelves are stock, properly displayed and encouraging and isles are convenient to shop through.

Leah and Paul in the W Roxbury store were both so knowledgeable and helpful that I would hope to have their help the next time I go in this store. Fortunately, they said I can ask the store to page them! I was frankly astounded at how much they knew about a variety of products, from bathroom vanities to carbon monoxide detectors ... information that wasn't necessarily available on the packaging, but was picked up from their wealth of experience and perspective. Hooray for Leah and Paul!

I would recommend this store to my friends, and go as far as my family in Africa too

As you see i gave a rating of two stars and only because when i entered the garden area i asked the girl sitting in the cashiers booth if they had any wreaths and she said no. I thought that was kind of strange seeing that they had all kinds of Christmas Trees etc. etc. in the parking area as well as the garden area. It was the only item i came to purchase this time so i went in to look for myself and wouldnt you know that about 500 ft from the cashiers booth there were like 4 bins of wreaths. So i did find the products i was looking for, i didn't get the assistance i needed, i didn't go into the store this time to see if it was clean but normally it is and the associate who i asked about the wreath was friendly but not helpful. I like this store and i will go in again but they really should have someone who is knowledgeable about products in their dept. and especially where it was so close to the the associate that i asked.

Store was neat and clean. I made a return quickly. Staff was friendly. I needed a new item and promptly found it. I observed a representative cleaning shelves and tidying up. I was checked out by the nicest man named AJ who was friendly and prompt. Great work by the staff in return desk, in the electrical area, and by cashiers.

I loved the staff. I especially want to give kudos to Cashier Albert who went out of his way to assist me when i was leaving the store because i did not find what i was looking for. He looked it up and took me to the particular isle that i had visited severally looking for the item. This gentleman went above and beyond. Kudos Albert.

We had a very good experience shopping for Kitchen appliances. Javad was extremely helpful and gave us all the information we needed. He helped us find the pieces that would be available for the date we needed. We would definitely work with him again and highly recommend working with him.

Very honorable experience with Nelson the manager on site. He is very proactive thorough results driven and focused on solutions. Very progressive mindset and he satisfies his customers above and beyond. Deeply recommend his services above and beyond I can not thank him enough. My patronage continues as long as he’s on board since he is my primary reliable contact at the store who is extremely receptive and knowledgeable. Thank you
