Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

When are Spring Deals running?

The Home Depot Spring Deals sale is here to help you save even more. Save big on lawn and garden, including mulch, as well as outdoor power equipment. That way, you're prepared to enjoy the greenery and beauty this season. You can also get a jump on DIY projects and spring cleaning by taking advantage of low prices on tools and storage. Don't forget to embrace energy-efficient living with brand-new appliances, too. This spring sale runs from April 23rd through May 10th, so remember to shop before it ends!

What home repairs should I make before spring storms hit?

Make certain your home is equipped for springtime temperature changes by repairing or replacing faulty components of your home. Check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage. If water gets inside the crevices, you might be dealing with damage. On your home's exterior, examine shingles or metal roofs for damage that can let water leak inside. Keep gutters clear and functional to prevent overflow from entering your home when storms arrive. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be swapped out if they're in poor condition.

Do you have moving boxes?

Make your move easier by picking up an assortment of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you've been searching for, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Don't forget to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those as well.

Why should I get a generator?

Restore electricity in your home even after severe weather takes it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are cleaner and quieter than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise while they create less power. When browsing generators, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. Always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.

What are the benefits of doorbell cameras?

Enjoy peace of mind, safety, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a peephole or window when you can see human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off would-be porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Most cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you flexible accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as needed.

Which project will be featured at the free Kids Workshop?

Head to our Kids Workshop on May 2nd, from 9–noon or while supplies last. It's time to assemble a keepsake box! Your little builder can put together their very own trinket holder — complete with a sliding lid. Remember to leave plenty of time to decorate your box with stickers!
