We ordered this door in May 2022. It arrived in late June I believe when we had them installed. So the lifespan of actual use began in June. By September, the paint was peeling away and there were enormous white streaks everywhere. So we paid for a high-quality pre-painted custom door, and what we got is 4 months of use before it looks like cheap garbage. It’s a shame since this is not only a waste of money, but it is also a reputable and recognized brand, and I would expect more from Masonite.

Great elegant door
This is a beautiful door and great quality. I ordered two of them for each side of my family room.
Anyone know what to use for scratches that have appeared on the door to touch it up?? I ordered the black door.

Average only because there was slight damage (chipped) that possibly occurred during shipping. Also holes for locks were not precise, had to do a little customization. Beautiful door leading to balcony though!

Perfect door that completes our home
This door was everything I expected it to be and more. The only con is that it takes a little longer to clean with the multiple windows versus a door with one full lite panel. I would recommend ordering this door painted, as we did. We learned from the first time around, from ordering a previous door, that you are better off ordering a door that is already primed and painted. I am a painter and I would even recommend this for a door. It has a smoother finished look and the paint stays on much better. We have received many compliments from family and friends that it looks great in our home. They are amazed at how much light it brings into our home. It looks wonderful from the inside and out. It completes our home. Thanks Home Depot for helping us find our perfect door.

Leaks
we purshased this door in oct, it arrived in dec and now EVERYTIME it rains we have water coming in and leaking. poor quality door for almost $1000 with tax. very disappointed
