Q:How can I get a replacement for the black sediment prefilter housing only.
Mine failed and broke at the bottom flooding sink cabinet and kitchen floors.

A: You can use any faucet as long as you have the correct hose fittings. There may be 3/8" to 1/4" adapters needed that are not included with the product.

We recommend ensuring that the tubing coming from the outlet that would lead to the included faucet will be compatible with the faucet you would like to use. Depending on what faucet you are getting, the matching hardware to accommodate to the outlet line will be needed. If you need the exact tubing size, please reach out to us directly and we can provide that.

Q:We're using under sink Claryum 3-stage and had just replaced three filters after using it for 8 months. We had no problem until we replaced the filters. The water pressure is extremely low and literally unusable. We re-attached the filters but to no avail

Q:Would all water flow through the filters, even if the main faucet is being used and not the drinking faucet?

Not all water is passed through the system, the only water that will be filtered is the water that will come out of the included faucet. A: This kit is good for the small drinking faucet (kind of slow but very good water). The main faucet would require a much larger set of filters and a small pressure tank to keep up with the flow

Q:We have enjoyed our Claryum 3-Stage System for over a year now. However, I have a question about sanitizing or cleaning the system. Occasionally there is pink slime that will come out of the filter faucet. Please advise. Thank you.

A: We bought our system about 8 months ago and have not experienced that condition. The only thing I can think of is old filters. They suggest changing filters every 6 months. We haven't changed ours yet as they are behind in manufacturing inventory. Hope this helps.
