Q:Instead of the faucet provided with the 5300+, can I use a different beverage faucet (Brizo 61320LF-C-BL) as it matches my sink faucet? This Brizo faucet is intended to be used with filtration systems, RO systems, or as a dedicated cold water supply).

Step 2: Remove the sump from the manifold and reconnect. Step 3: Ensure that the connection points align correctly and turn the sump from the left to the right until it stops. Step 4: If the sump is not locked in the correct position, it can slow the flow of your system. This process should mitigate that issue. Step 5: Once re-threaded and re-attached, test by turning the water supply back on.           A:  Hello Dion, Thank you for your question. The AQ-5300+ Max Flow will not help reduce fluoride from the drinking water. The system has been tested and certified to NSF/ANSI Standards 42, 53 (includes P473), and 401 for the reduction of over 97% of chlorine and chloramines, 99% of lead, and 96% of PFOA/PFOS. It’s also certified to reduce mercury, chlorine-resistant cysts, herbicides, pesticides, VOCs, and pharmaceuticals. -Aquasana Customer Support

            Q:I replaced the filters on my Aquasana 3 stage under sink system, but I don't get any water flow with the new sediment (black) filter installed. When I put the old one back in, it works fine. Any thoughts on what I can do?

Our Reverse Osmosis System has been tested and certified to NSF/ANSI Standards 42, 53 (includes P473), 58, and 401 to effectively reduce 88 contaminants.                     Q:I just replaced the new filter for the three stage system but the water just came out for several minutes. I tried to remove all the sumps and put them back but it still didn't work. The water flow was blocked between prefilter and filter A.
