Worked fine until the bottom of the filter casing burst and it flooded everything. Not drips but a spray. I discovered a 2nd cannister was beginning to fail as well.

I had some concerns about the installation. The video guidance on the Aquasana website was a big help. My under-sink space is a bit cramped; I am 81 and not as flexible as I was. I expected a full-day job. I was done with total success in 4 hours -- not rushing. Needed to drill a hole for the new faucet in the existing faucet plate. No problem. A bit awkward to push in the plastic tubing at the end of the install. A bit more video guidance there would have helped. Just used a few days so far. All good, though.

We love the new system. Water is tastes way cleaner and is way cleaner. Mo more smell of chlorine! It took a half hour to instal, super easy instructions. Even our coffee tastes better

So far so good. I installed about 2weeks ago. Was easy enough to install. Working great so far, taste is crisp and clean.

The area I live in has municipal water, so I wasn't worried about pathogens or sediment necessarily. However the water treatment plants draw water from the local river, which has had issues with PFAS/PFOA levels due to a local chemical plant. I originally had a water cooler and had 5 gallon jugs delivered from a local company, but it was getting to the point where I would need 9-10 jugs per month. I was tired of lugging them around, not to mention the cost and storage of the containers. I searched for a good under-sink filtration system with a dedicated faucet, specifically one that was ANSI certified for reduction of PFAS. Many of the other products I found state that they are certified, but when I looked on the ANSI website their products/company info was nowhere to be found. Aquasana was one of the only products I found that truly is ANSI certified and you can easily find them on the ANSI website. With the cost of the filtration system itself and the filter changes every 6 months, I would easily save a good chunk of money per year. Shipping was pretty quick, and installation was very straightforward with basic hand tools. The faucet that came with the kit was perfect for what I needed (filling glasses, water bottles, the dogs bowl, etc.) and matched my existing oil rubbed bronze faucet set. Filter installation is a breeze, and I like that you can set up a subscription to have a new set of filters delivered every 6 months. Water quality is outstanding and I like that it filters out the unwanted chemicals without getting rid of the beneficial minerals.

It kept leaking when I hung it on the screws Aquasana provided. I found that rotating the green filter slightly and simply putting the filter on contact with the bottom cabinet allowed the water to flow without any leaks. It would save more space to hang it up but I would rather have the product work without leaks at the end of the day.

Just installed this filter system today, install was easy but the product is garbage, faucet leaks and water stream is a drizzle. Save you money this product is garbage, we are sending it back. See attached pictures

Measuring total dissolved solids (TDS): Aquasana 3-stage: 149 TDS, Unfiltered Water: 118 TDS, PUR water filter: 57 TDS. This new filter is ADDING, not removing contaminants!

The filtered water does taste clean and soothing, very refreshing. The installation was troublesome even for a handyman like myself. Followed the instruction, I had trouble aligning and installing the black filter. When I thought I had it in, it leaks. I came to find out the 2 mating holes in the base unit was 90deg out. Most likely an error at the assembly line. Recommend add to the instructions to check for alignment before installation. See photo. It needs a design change for easier filter replacement. The valve should have been higher to clear the countertop for cleaning.

Purchased Claryum® 3-Stage five years ago and it worked great, changing the cartridges on a regular basis. Changed cartridges about 3 months ago and no disruptions around the filter. Then one of the canisters bulged on the bottom and started leaking. Luckily we were close when it started to leak. Concern is long term reliability.

I was wary of other customer reviews complaining of leaking but we needed an under sink filter for the PFAS in our public water supply. We hired a licensed plumber to install the unit. Despite this, one of the filters is leaking. The plumber made a second visit but was unable to remedy the leaking. It’s a good filter but in a very poor quality product.

The system seems nice enough, I can definitely taste a difference in tap water verse filtered water, but the middle filter has been leaking since installed. Customer service was great helping me take care of it, however their remedy did not work so now I am waiting for a replacement to come in. I’m sure I’ll enjoy the filter and it’s a good product, I’m just disappointed with the filter issue from the start. The customer service is what gave the product a chance at redemption.

The water tastes so much better! It was easy to install. The delivery was fast. Looks neat under the sink.

City provided water now tastes great! Easy to install and well written instructions.

The flavor is wonderful and the auto delivery is usually timely. The residual dirt is obvious.

I was researching at home water dispensers when I started to see that everyone was so relieved to move to a filter. So glad we read ahead and went right to this approach. It was tough going getting through the quartz countertop. After a broken bit, my husband did it!

I bought a home last fall on a well. I have a sediment filter plus salts to keep water soft, but wanted a purifier to reduce potential contaminants and my refrigerator door one was too difficult to use for anything other than a glass. I couldn’t afford a whole house one and I didn’t want a countertop version. Aquasana to the rescue! I’m not a typical DIY fan, but the directions were so easy, that I had no problem doing it myself. I had it installed in no time and fresh, clean tasting (no taste at all) water was flowing perfectly from the new tap. I’m very pleased and feel it was the perfect choice for my needs.

Most of the installation was easy but faucet nut was hard to secure. The nut was to small and thin. I couldn't use a basin wrench on it. I had a difficult time using a adjustable wrench because of the tight space and thin nut. The faucet keeps coming loose and can't be used. I was disappointed that rate of flow was very weak. I need a nut that is wider and thick that I can use a basin wrench on.

It filtered water well for the first few monthsm Then the plastic tube disconnected from the plastic connection and sprayed water everywhere. Then it was repaired, and the same thing happened again 3 weeks later. Now I'm living in a construction zone, dealing with insurance company, and have no kitchen for the foreseeable future. My s/o had to move back in with his parents and take our cat out of the house. Thousands of dolars in guitar equipment was damaged. And that most likely will not be covered by insurance.. It's a disaster It is not user error, it is poor product quality. The connections are not durable. But other than that, yeah, I guess it filtered water alright.

My filter was installed by a professional plumber amost six months ago, but never stopped leaking. It leaks from filters and from the water connector. I always keep a towel under it. Very sad despite the fact that water tastes good and pressure from the faucet is fine too. Those who use it, you should consider shutting off your water to avoid any damage when you are out. If I had another option, I would have gone with filter pitch such as Brita instead of relying on this faulty product. I am also upset my brand new kitchen cabinet is getting damaged.

First of all this unit will be removed and returned when my plumber comes by. Installation wasn’t easy, needed pliers to install the 1/4 inch outlet hose. Of course one on the cartridges started leaking. Water flavor is good. We wanted to love this unit, but it has to may issues.

I absolutely love my Aquasana 3-Stage under counter filter! I've been buying bottled water for years and was looking for a more sustainable and cost friendly solution. Not only is it reasonably priced, but most importantly the water tastes super clean and delicious. It really makes drinking water more frequently easy!

In early November, I purchased the 3-Stage Water Filter system. It took me approximately 1-½ hours from start to finish. Upon completion, I removed the plastic insert to start the system and turned on the water supply. Amazingly, there were no water leaks. I flushed the system for 10 minutes, as required, and afterwards, had my first glass of filtered water. The water was delicious! I couldn't have been more satisfied. I unequivocally recommend the Aquasana filter system I have purchased, to anyone wanting wanting an easy-to-install, inexpensive, under-counter system.

2nd time a cartridge sump busted. Much water damage. No reply from Aquasana, like before. Had just received replacement cartridges a few days before. Filter warning light did not come on. BEWARE AQUASANA

I was dying to get this installed because my town water is highly chlorinated. After studying the instructions and watching the install video (highly recommend!), it took me one hour to install. It takes two people at some points (someone to hold the faucet while another tightens the nut underneath). No leaks, functions perfectly and the water tastes GREAT!!!! Don’t know how I lived without it all these years. Highly recommend.

i hate it. It’s very noisy !!! It takes five minutes to empty tank and three hours to refill. Too slow of a process! Very very noisy!

This product is awsome and very easy to install. The water is very clean, refreshing and tastes great. Filters lasted more than 8 months. The Andriod app helps a filter life remaining. Great product
