A:  Easily. I used it on a poured concrete patio slab that is much harder than concrete walls. Keep in mind that the drill bit used is very important as well. I used a bit made by Tapcon, it wore out easily, and as it wears, the circumference of the drilled hole gets smaller, making it more difficult to seat the masonry fasteners. Don't go cheap on the bit, it is as important as the drill that drives it. If you are only drilling a couple of holes in the wall, no problem, but if you are drilling many holes in a patio slab like I did, you may need 2-3 good quality cobalt steel bits to finish the job.
