    A:  Hello Nathalie, Provided the existing surface is perfectly flat, is in sound condition, and has no obstructions that could trap moisture, you may install the panels over top.       Q:Can you install carpet over Insul Armour? The Dricore website does not list carpet as flooring that this product is recommended for.

          Q:Can you walk on this product after it has been laid down? Is there a possibility of damaging the pieces? Or should the final walking surface be laid down over top soon after to avoid damage.

          A:  Hello Sean, Per our detailed installation instructions, each row should be covered immediately with finished flooring to avoid any damages to the panels. They cannot take foot or other traffic until covered with a flooring that offers a minimum 5mm rigid core.

                A:  Hello Paul, Yes that is correct. LVT rigid core must be minimum 5mm thick, not including the thickness of backings or wearlayers.

                  A:  Hello MacAllan, No, there is no need. Your finished floor must simply meet our criteria and can be installed directly over the Insul-Armor panels. Flooring must be rigid and minimum 5mm thick, not including the thickness of backings/paddings/wearlayers.
