A:  Hello I have had problems with our soap dispenser bottle. It's weak where the treads screw into the dispenser. Unless the manufacturer could send you new bottle, good luck on that. I think just buy a new unit and start fresh. That's what I did when the bottle broke at the point where the thread screw in. Good Luck!
