A: Yes- they are very heavy duty- mine have been up almost a year no problems- I have 5 strands from house to trees-
A: Rain? No problem. This is approved for wet location.
A: Yes they are outdoor lights but I will be taking my lights in in winter
A: Mine have been out for well over a years now. Rain, snow, wind. Still look and work great!
A: I just put them up Saturday and that same night it poured! No problem!
A: 2P+G
A: Yes
A: Yes
A: yes
A: Yes
A: Zip ties
A: each bulb has a small rubber loup that can be used to tie the string up. I used wire ties . You can also just tire the wire up with string or again - the wire ties.
A: Yes, we put two together on ours, could easily do more than that.
A: Yes
A: absolutely you can add another string.
A: yes
A: Yes, you can connect up to 5 strings of lights end to end.
A: Yes, we have three sets hooked together outlining our patio roof, looks great.
A: Absolutely. I have two strings together.
A: I'm not quite sure what you mean by plastic/glass pieces. I think you might be talking about the bulbs. If that is indeed true, then yes they can be removed and replaced. These are 11 watt bulbs and you get approximately 12 extra in the box. I've been using these for one season now, which also includes a very cold winter. I have not had a failure of any of the bulbs.
A: If you are referring to the light bulbs, of course they are a standard E26 screw-in light bulb base, and are replaceable.
A: If you're asking about the bulbs, the answer is yes. You can purchase the bulbs without buying the whole set.
A: Yes the glassbulbs do screw off and on however I do not know where you get any replacements bulbs(have not searched for some yet). I would like to add that my package had about 12 replacement bulbs in it and I have yet to replace one after over 6 uses!!! Hope this helps!! Its great quality you will love them, they give off a good amount of light!!
A: Came with extra bulbs and can be purchased separately
A: No they aren't
A: If it is the same one I purchased it plugs into a socket.
A: No they are not
A: No Solar power. these are the typical plugin type.
A: Not solar powered
A: Yes, plus replacements !
A: YES
A: Yes...bulbs were included. They are clear and look great,
A: Yes they are
A: Yes they are, there is even some extra bulbs.
A: they are quite light. I have about 14 feet of the lights hung on a single thin wire that is attached to the structure with small eye hooks.
A: The entire set weighs 1.44 ounces.
A: I am putting these on black iron poles with with iron plant hangers that are painted to match my deck they fade away and the lights are spectacular
A: These are very heavy duty- the wire gauge is that of a heavy duty shop extension cord. Each light has an opening at the top for mounting. To run these across the yard, I put up tension cables with turnbuckles on each side and zip tied each light to the cable. This is working great- even with squirrels using them as a new super highway. I wouldn't run them unsupported for more than a few feet, personally. I have had these up for almost 3 years now- worth the cost!
A: I guess it would depend on the poles. Ours are black iron and are buried 4 feet into the ground. Clearly no problem with leaning. We have a set in our gazebo, but again, they hang where there isn’t an issue.
A: The lights are well made and heavy. I used a galvanized guide wire anchored to my house and to an out building. Then I hung the lights with tie wraps. The only droop it has it what you want it to have.guide wire was easy to install and easy to tension. Hope that helps
A: They are quite light. I have 14' held up on a thin wire with wire ties. the end of the thin wire are held to the structure with small eye bolts.
A: I would use the led bulbs that are in the led version string light. I bought incandescent when the led string light wasn’t being sold. Can I use the bulbs from that led string light?
A: I see no reason why you could not use LED bulbs. Remember to select the proper wattage and Kelvin rating for the bulbs to get your desired effect.
A: Yes, but make sure the LED bulb has a driver included inside.
A: Yes is the answer, You would be able to however it is designed to have low wattage lights already to set a mood. Introducing LED may brighten the area too much and draw unwanted pest. Be mindful of the wire capabilities. I hope this helps.
A: Yes, you can use LED bulbs with this set.
A: Yes.. you can use LED bulbs. That should not be a problem
A: I'm not sure how many watts you want to increase it...the instructions/directions said you can do 5 strings max run at what they provide @ 7watts per bulb... The individual sockets don't say a min or max wattage: I would guess because they expect you to use the 7 watt bulbs provided. Personally, if the replacement bulbs are 7 watts or less each, I think it would be OK... Using higher wattage bulbs of any sort might be more than the wire is rated for...I am not an electrical wizard, nor do I play one on TV... This is my personal opinion.
A: not sure they are made in the white. You may want to contact the Hampton bay directly.
A: The black ones are amazing. We have 4 strings at our lake house and they light up the whole area and we get so many compliments from our neighbors , I never saw them in white
A: The wire is black, the lights are clear bulbs. There is no white
A: I’ve never seen them offered the same way in white.
A: Yes! I bought the lights last year. The best lights ever. They survived the hurricane las years. Great material.
