A: This product is just a remote to control our wireless products and does not get wired to line voltage, it just takes a battery to function.

A: It is not this item where 230 v comes into play. It's the Caseta switches that operate on remote control that must support 230 V operation. Lutron makes switches for use on 230 v and even 277 v but you would be better served to contact Lutron support for the right model numbers or maybe someone at the Home Depot can help you with that.

A: The remote is not a problem but the switch is for 110 volts.

A: Yes you can attach the Pico remote to the Wink app in order to control your dimmers from a remote location without your smart phone.

A: While both Wink & Lutron use "ZigBee" control commands, I have not seen anything saying you can use the Wink control app but you can use Siri or the Lutron smart phone app. In both cases you will need a bridge to create your home automation control. Not sure Lutron devices can use the Wink bridge either. Suggest you submit your question to Lutron support.

Q:Will one remote controle more that one switch or do I need a remote for each switch?

Answer This Question
A: One remote can control more than one switch, however you will not have individual control. For example, one Pico remote can link up to 9 different Maestro Wireless or Caseta devices, but when you hit the “on” button, all of the dimmers that are linked to this remote will turn on. For individual control, multiple Pico remotes will be required.

A: One remote can only control ONE switch until you "pair" it with a different switch. You can, however, pair more than one remote with one switch. The remote and switch hold just one pairing code.
